I recently purchased an old house and the chimney needed attention. The mortar between the brick had deteriorated and the previous homeowner used caulk to try to fix it. Well, the caulk eventually cracked and peeled, which made it useless against the elements. I hired Benson Masonry to tuckpoint the chimney the correct way. They used a grinder to remove the caulk and loose mortar, then reapplied fresh mortar. It looks so much better now! They did a great job. The crew was polite, punctual, and maintained good communication. Their price was very reasonable and I intend to use them again in the future.
