They never did fix the check engine light 😡I had to take it to the dealership where they found out everything the done had to be fixed use to be a good place not anymore. Sometimes I waited 2-4 hours it’s crazy now. let down a lot!

Went in for an alignment, told me it would take about an hour and a half. I came back to pick up my car TWO HOURS later. They had completely forgot about my car and didn’t even remember I had left my car with them. Worst place ever unless you wanna waste your time and see the employees here just talk instead of work on your car I wouldn’t come here at all

Took my truck to Reds to have some suspension work done and other items. Truck sat for 3 1/2 weeks with nothing done despite being told repeatedly “next day”. One excuse after another. Went to have my truck towed from shop and owner brings my truck out on a forklift, bending the rear bumper brackets and part of my actual truck frame. STAY AWAY.

You always have to wait a large amount of time. I’m not sure why others are saying good they have good customer service, We pretty much had to walk all they way to the back of the shop for someone to help us or even greet us. After waiting almost an hour they told us to come back the next day.

I really like taking my vehicles to reds shop they know the problem of my vehicles by just looking at it or hearing the sound of my engine they are all excellent mechanics!! I recommend taking your vehicles there when your car starts to act up?

These guys are great, they took care of my car when I needed to get my catalytic converter changed. Rates are better than the stealership. The stealership (in this case Stadium Nissan in Orange) told me I needed to change the catalytic converter and both the front and rear O2 sensor of my catalytic converter to get rid of my check engine light. Theses guys said only catalytic converter needs to be changed and it worked great afterwards. I got my brake pads changed here too for a good deal. I will definitely come here again.

Very kind and attentive, but unfortunately I paid $ 850.00 dollars to change the clutch to my vehicle knowing that it was the transmission that was damaged. After almost a week and a half, my vehicle left me lying on the street. Almost a month ago when I took him to give me a diagnosis that they did not respect and because of that they decided to only fix the clutch when they knew it was the transmission. Really bad experience. I would never go back to this place.
