Tldr;Talked me into unnecessary service;had to have charges corrected; went in with appointment at 10:15 for oil change and left hungary after lunchtime.I set up the appointment through their online chat, answering their questions for the services. Once I arrived, I was made aware that additional services were recommended by Honda. I approved those, expect it to take a little longer to get the additional services.Was approached by the rep about a dealer suggested fuel induction service and strongly suggested I should do it. I was unfamiliar with the service but now know that it was a useless item for a practically new vehicle that is running well.Having received no time estimates, I went out on the service floor to learn more. The rep was just starting to check me out. When I received the bill, their was an erroneous charge for the oil change since I was eligible for an oil change without a charge to me under their used certified program. I insisted that the charge be removed. Another rep stepped in and it was fixed.I did receive verbal apologies for taking longer than they expected, but 2.5 hours after arriving for a simple oil change, getting ripped off for an unnecessary service and leaving with estimates for time and no lunch in my belly, the apologies were not well received. They did give me a coupon for a free car wash.Unmet expectations:1 Ask enough questions when scheduling the appointment to have time for all regular expected maintenancw2 Dont push unnecessary services3 Clearly communicate reasonable expected time frames4 Get the charges right the first time
