I took my vehicle to Will at Driven Auto to have it diagnosed after there was some noise upon braking. He did a very thorough inspection, explained the phenomenon in detail, and gave a price breakdown for the parts and labor.I really appreciated that Will wore his mask while in the lobby/office and respected COVID safety measures. Prices are reasonable in comparison to the dealership. I’ll definitely be back!

These guys are THE BEST! I was having issues for months with my car battery dying and no repair shop could figure out what was draining the battery. I finally brought it to Driven and they were so friendly and listened to the problems I was experiencing with the car. Not only did they investigate and figure out the problem, they went above and beyond to take a look at some other things they noticed with my car that needed fixing. They are incredibly reasonable with their prices, too- youll never be ripped off here. I will gladly make the 25-minute drive to these guys- Im not going anywhere else!

Will and Drew worked with my extended warranty company to cover some of the work I needed on my truck. I am glad they used OEM parts, because I forgot to ask. Theyre very professional. I would highly recommend this shop!Update: Went back for an oil change appointment, and asked them to check on a heat shield rattle which they resolved. My bill was very reasonable. They took care of me pretty quickly, and again was impressed.

Got the chance to talk to both owners while they checked out my Jeep Cherokee, very helpful guys. The problem I went in with couldve been worse but they ran their diagnostics and found no problem there with the solution being a loose wire. They also changed my oil and communicated other areas that may need attention. Getting a physical copy of a diagnostic report was wonderful costumer service too. Id recommend anyone to go to them.

I knew I needed quite a few repairs on my Chrysler 200 and wasnt sure where to start. They did an excellent job inspecting my car, prioritising what needed to be fixed, wrote up a detailed report, and thoroughly went over everything with me. I ended up getting my ball joints fixed and an oil change. They did an excellent job and had my car finshed in no time! Not only did they do excellent work and had excellent customer service, but their pricing is by far the farest in town. Highly recommend! Will definitely go back for future repairs!

I went to Driven Auto Repair on my daughters recommendation. Ive been going to another place for about five years, but I never felt completely satisfied. At a previous visit they suggested Id need new brakes soon, so I figured Id try Will and Drew for an oil change and a second opinion. I like that they did a complete inspection and communicated the results. Will let me know what issues will need addressing possibly next oil change. The end result was an oil change and tire rotation for $5 less than I was paying as a VIP member at my precious location. My brakes still have plenty of life left. The location is very convenient, and the two owners are very friendly and professional. Ill be coming back and recommending their business.Added a year later: I liked Will and Drew so much, I drove from WI to get my mainenance done this year. I checked my old car receipts, and I got an oil change with cabin air filter changed and VIP discount in 2014 for $154 at my previous repair shop, and today I got oil change, air filter and cabin filter changed no VIP discount for $129 at Driven Auto Repair. Hmmm, makes you think.
