Bob was very insightful about the business he runs. I had a positive experience as he made sure that I was satisfied with all the service he provided. Though I had some miscommunications he was able to resolve all issues immediately. I would recommend anyone with mechanic needs to go to Bobs Auto service center.

I went to Bobs Auto Service Center two times so far. They did an oil change and an inspection of my tires and found that they needed a repressurization which they did free of charge. The second time was to fix a gasket leak which was done promptly in around an hour.Both appointments were started and completed on time and in a prompt manner so I have nothing bad to say about this business and I based off the service that Ive had so far I will be inclined to continue servicing my car there for the immediate future.

They left tools inside of my engine bay then refused to acknowledge it let alone explain it. (Pictures to prove it)Made weird claims to avoid apologizing or explaining what happened.I’d be happy to explain all of the red flags that popped up during our recent visits as they’ve now nickeled and dime dust on three separate occasions however I don’t want to leave a novel here for you to read. Just please do not be fooled by the very kind lady working at the front desk and assume that they are people with integrity because after about $1000, I’ve learned that they are very much not.Then over-quoted me by $100.00 compared to multiple other places.Extremely Disappointed after seeing excellent reviews and I only left to wonder if perhaps they make them themselves.

I had my car towed over to Bobs because the radiator fan was continuing to operate even after the car was turned off draining the battery. Even though ultimately, I found a much less expensive part elsewhere (no fault of Bobs) and wont need Bobs service this time around, you can absolutely bet Ill be back. Bobs sincerity and professionalism was very evident as he left me with, You only pay if we fix it. Wow. Some garages charge you just to open the hood. When you find a mechanic shop that actually cares about people, you either go back, or spread the word so others can enjoy the service too...or both.

They are very honest and friendly. I take all my cars there. Sometimes I think it is something really wrong, but they are always calming. Most of the time it is an easy fix, and I am charged accordingly. I have had a lot of work done there and it has all been very reasonable. No scare tactics. Just this is wrong, this can wait, or I dont see any problem.

It is rare to find a neighborhood service center today, but Bobs fits the bill! Friendly, honest and fair prices. Whats not to like. I highly recommend them.

Had my brakes done last week on my 2014 Subaru Impreza- new rotors and brake pads. Very happy w/ the work done and my experience. Very fair price and was done before the time quoted. Took both my Nissan NV2500 SL and my Toyota Tundra into Bobs for service. Both bills were very reasonable! They were up front with me about pricing and fully transparent with everything that was wrong. They didnt try to upsell me at all which has been my experience with two other garages in the area. Consider me a loyal customer from this point on. Good honest mechanics are a rare thing these days to find and thats what youll find at Bobs.

A hidden gem for sure. Bob is friendly and the mechanics are knowledgeable. Most important is hes HONEST. He and his team take the time to find the actual problem rather than just guessing and throwing parts at it. My office is walking distance from the shop and myself and several coworkers use Bob. Great service at a fair price. I try to work on my cars myself, but when its something too difficult or I dont want to mess with, Im bringing my car here. Highly recommend. The only tricky part sometimes is the lack of parking, but if the spaces are full I recommend just parking it right outside his garage and ask him where you should park. Problem solved.

My experiences here have always been good. The staff are friendly and professional. Often the repairs are cheaper than I expected. If theres any downside its that theyre a small shop and theyre usually busy. But then again, theyre probably busy because other people in the area like taking their car there too.

My car broke down right in front of this shop which I thought was convenient. I looked it over and much as I could, not knowing a lot about cars, and couldnt find the issue. I brought it in and they said they couldnt communicate with the car so they would have to delve deeper to figure it out, which would cost a couple hundred dollars. My dad picked up my car and took it to work on it (because he knows a lot about cars). He lifts the hood, checks the fuses and notices ones missing. Simple plug in of a fuse and it works like a charm. The thing is, the fuse was there before I took it in, it was just blown, preventing the car from starting. So they removed the fuse and tried charging me a couple hundred dollars just for a fuse, saying they didnt know what was wrong. I will never go to this place, and telling everyone I know that this place tried to rip you off if youre like me and dont know much about cars.

I had my van towed all the way from Stillwater to Bobs Auto... because Bob and his team do the best work in town. Period. You will not find a friendlier, and BETTER, team in the area!
