John always takes care of us

My boyfriend and I had decided to leave Gieco and join American Family. Through them we insured two vehicles and our home. We were extremely satisfied by the rates and cost of our coverage. We then found out they hadnt started our house insurance till a week and a half later than when they were supposed too. We were not happy about this, but by the time we had realized this the week and a half had already passed so we just considered ourselves lucky that nothing had happened to the house and that at least we were now covered. We then had a childhood teacher that had joined country and wanted to give us a quote, so we let him. With his quote he DOUBLED our coverage’s and saved us a decent amount a year. So with no other reason but that Country was cheaper and giving us more, we switched to country. John from American Family then calls us as Country had tried to cancel our policy with them. John started the conversation by asking why we were cancelling, so my boyfriend explained we just doubled our coverage’s and are saving money so it is a better option for us. Instead of having a positive attitude, John then became very argumentative explaining we could not of gotten our home loan without him. For that statement I will NEVER return to American Family, nor will I say anything positive regarding them. As an educated human would know, you get a home loan based on your credit and your past credit history, so no John you had nothing to do with us getting a home, there are a million insurance companies that can get a home insured when purchasing a home. American Family should be ashamed to have you as an insurance agent as you are the most rude and disrespectful insurance agent I have came in contact with.

Never had better service in terms of response to issues and questions, ability to suggest solutions for coverage issues that happen from time to time and an ever positive disposition regardless of time of day or what my calls are concerning. John is simply a high-quality person!
