September 27, 2019As you see from the ratings this place looks good. Not in my experience! I did the usual, I Googled watch batteries this place came up and was rated very high. It didn’t say anything on the web sight about making an appointment or phoning ahead. So, I drove from Streamwood with 6 watches to have checked and batteries installed. Arrived at the Kiosk in the Mall at 1: 45p and noticed the I’ll be back soon sign. Well, that wasn’t the case. I called the number on the website which I heard ringing behind the desk. I took some pictures of the register which read employees clocked in. I left the mall after 3pm . And called again at around 4pm. No Answer. Well, you lost my business. 6 watches x $19.99 to install battery and clean. It’s interesting, there supposed to be a watch company and they wasted my time.

I have used this company for years and always been happy with them, but this location (Stratford Square, Bloomingdale, IL) is never open and it gives no idea of hours, just suggests their website which also has no information . Very frustrating!

Great service. Fast when you need it. They also do fine tuning and other things.

I was walking by the store and thought I should get my battery checked as it had been a while and thought my watch might need a battery. They asked me if I had a warranty and had the receipt, i had the receipt and was just one week shy of the warranty date. My battery wasnt dead and they still changed it for free and gave me a fresh battery. Outstanding!

Went to get watch repaired and new battery today Nov 24th at the Stratford Kiosk.I was there at 11:15 and waited until 11:30. No one ever showed up.I thought it opened at 11.In fact, I thought it may be opened even sooner since shoppers were all over. Waste of time driving over there

I would honestly give 0 stars if possible. Nobody is ever there!! The booth is always empty. The sign says OPEN. Epic fail. I’d imagine this will be the next place to shut down in Stratford.

I went to Dakota Watch looking a graduation gift for my brother. They showed me the new wood watches they had. You definitely couldn’t beat the price. Purchased him a wood watch with a green face to match his school colors!

Had the watch battery replaced on a Movado. The price was reasonable and I was told they warrantied the battery for one year. The battery died after six months. Unfortunately I lost the receipt and couldnt take advantage of the warranty. Im not sure if they discharged the battery during installation or if they just stock cheap batteries, but I figure they should last longer than six months.

I stopped in to get a new battery put in my watch and get a link/band adjustment, I was extremely appreciative of the efficient and quick service by the gentleman named Nacho, so passionate and professional. I’m recommending to all my friends.

I asked what tool I need to pop the back off my watch and she showed me. I asked if I could use it. She said no. I handed her my watch, she popped the back off in 2 seconds and said thatll be $10. I said really? She said yes its a service.

They are supper helpful and friendly they will cater to your special needs

I go here all the time to get my batteries replaced, and purchase my watches here also. Great service, and good quality watches!!
