Checked on line said you were open, I get there and they were closed and packing up. All I they had to do is give me my rings . Now I have to make a second trip. NOT HAPPY. The hours should be right when you open the page. I shouldnt have to hunt for the store hours!

My grandmothers wedding ring slipped off my finger and into the working disposal. When I fished it out, it didnt even look like a ring. I took it into Kay Jewelers and they repaired it beyond my expectations. The craftspeople(person) who worked on it are fantastic. Their workmanship is extraordinary. Thank you so very much, that ring means so much to me.

The store manager, George, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a couple hours with us customizing a few pieces we had in mind and we coudnt have done it without him. I would highly recommend him.

We were going to buy Weddings deals with them; yet, their price quote was a lot different by the time of dallying and then coming up to pay.

I went in with my best friend to get her finger sized for an engagement ring, and when we walked in we were initially greeted by a cheerful man who seemed eager to help. However, since he was helping another customer, we ended up dealing with a troll. Upon walking up to ask what she could do to help, it was clear she had no intention of helping us learn more about their products and services, and she seemed to be counting the seconds until she no longer had to talk to us. She verbally rolled her eyes and sighed deeply in response to our questions and inquiries. Though we may appear young (early 20s), we would appreciate being taken seriously-especially with something as important as this. We left before we intended to, and didn’t receive the service or satisfaction we were expecting. The same cheerful man left us with a “have a nice weekend” and smile, and the two stars I’m leaving are both for him.

I have been to this location numerous of times and have never felt as comfortable as I was today with George. I did not feel any pressure which is HUGE when walking into a jewelry store. In fact, because I didnt feel pressured I made an appointment for an upcoming diamond show, he made me WANT to come back. George thoroughly explained how upgrading my diamonds would work, set me up with my own account for convenience, took the time to clean my Kay jewelry, and even showed me what my diamonds looked like through their new viewing equipment! It was very interesting to see! I was fascinated and impressed. He is very knowledgable and his customer service is outstanding. 5 stars.

I bought a a caret dimond from this store for my proposal to my girlfriend which is my wife now and the costumer service I received from George and Allen was great no pressure and they also helped me get the best deal possible. To rate them from a scale 1-10 I give them strong 10 best K Jewlers I know.

I love the service I recieve when I get my rings cleaned or buy new pieces, however I dont like the fact you are not acknowledged and stand for 15mins with no one servicing you or they dont even bat an eye in your direction until they are done with who they were helping.
