Phil is fantastic! Right from the start he listens to your concerns and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the whole process. We never saw a house we didnt request to see and were always given honest feedback when asking questions about a property.The thing Phil does very well is get it done! Whether its scheduling a showing or submitting an offer, he was always accessible and would have our offer officially written up and submitted within hours, not days. He also was involved every step of the way. He made sure no details were missed from offer, to closing, and that our best interests were top priority. This was our first home and he was our go to for questions about anything.Really nice guy, we will honestly miss hanging out with him on the weekends for showings. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Phil is a small man with small brains. He was just looking to make quick money. He was not patient with us at all. He got aggravated after showing us just a few homes. He also disrespected other peoples homes by wearing shoes when they werent allowed.

Phil is a great sales men. He will try to sell you anything just to make a dollar. Phil still owes me about 1,079 form purchasing a home through him from redfin. He said he would send the check in the mail 1 month later i get a check in the amount of $25.00! He knew the realtor that was selling the phone with a investor. once i bought the home i ran in to a bunch of issue, the sewer pump broke, cabinets, hot water heater started breaking down. when i brought up the issue he said i cant do anything and i never promised you i would give you a check over 25 bucks.
