I was in a market to buy a house with specific criteria which was hard to find. Stephanie Albanese, narrowed down the search and worked upon the criteria and had managed to find the right home. Stephanie had also helped us through the entire process as it was her own home. Some of the examples, negotiating with price, called her contacts on getting quotes to negotiate items that require fixing or getting credit after the inspection was conducted, ensuring all of the issues are resolved during walk-through, and most importantly sticking around during closing to ensure the closing was conducted smoothly.Great Job!!!
