Waited 10 mins for anyone to acknowledge me in the waiting area when both personal bankers were available. I was “helped” by a female relationship manager who seemed very disinterested. I explained I was there to assist with my mother’s account because she has medical issues and English is her second language. After I passed her name/number for verification over the phone the relationship manager asked me to leave her office and I couldn’t be in there because I wasn’t on the account. I ended up driving over to my moms house so I could help. We’ll be using another branch from now on.

I’ve been using this branch for the past 2 years and never once was I disappointed with the service I got. Everyone here are very polite and knowledgeable. Renee as always was friendly, informative and helpful. Recommend them 100%. Thank you!

If You have any questions or need help just call to this bank manager LAURA knows what she is doing she knows everything about harris bank and will give You a correct info and good advice what to do. I called to 6 different BMO locations and only LAURA gave me correct and accurate information and help me solve my problem. Dont waste Your time go straight to LAURA.

Tellers are nice. Relationship Bankers are disinterested. The bankers at the one on Irving are better

I have business and Checking Accounts in this bank but not in this branch I came here to this location to withdraw some money the lady at drive thru has no respect and manners...She was so rude and Um going to closed all Accounts because of ger behavior....I would suggest this company ro gure people they pyt smiles in Customers..

Waited for 45 minutes to try to open a savings account. Was never greeted or addressed. Staff having small talk 15 minute conversations with visitors instead of helping customers. Wasted my entire lunch from work for nothing.
