Dropped-off packages here countless times and never had a problem. Service is speedy and staff are friendly. Almost took out the mailboxes sitting outside in a freak Camry accident
Theres an oriental guy and a Oriental lady that are very rude arrogant and you know youre just going there to drop a package off and it seems to be such a chore for them to help you one time I brought a package that I was returning so I asked the clerk can i have some tape to put around the corner of my lable she just gave this horrible look please be aware when you go in there its not a nice environment for sure horrible service
Worst post office ever! Weve had the same mailman for many years and never had a problem. He was always very pleasant and did his job VERY well. A few months ago he was assigned to a new neighborhood and now we get a new carrier every week. Ever since then, everything has gone downhill and weve had nothing but problems. We constantly get the wrong mail delivered to us and our mail delivered to our neighbors. However, today was the peak of my patience. I work from home so I have a clear view of my mailbox from the window and see the carrier that comes by everyday. I was expecting an important piece of mail that needed a signature. After I saw that she delivered my mail, I went outside to instantly retrieve it. I was shocked when I saw that she left a sorry we missed you note. How could you have missed me when I was watching you from the window the whole time and you didnt even bother to get out of the car??? I decided to jump into my car and follow her, for by the time she got back to the post office I wouldnt have any time to pick it up because they would be closed!! I caught up to her and told her what I witnessed her do and all she responded was I didnt think you were home, and mumbled something under her breath. Didnt even bother to say sorry, like it was my job to come get it from her! I reached the call center and they said the manager from the post office would call me, so well see if they even bother to do anything about this! Judging from the other reviews, this has been going on for a while but no one cares to do anything about it. Start listening to the people of this town!!!
To say that the Bloomingdale Post Office staff is unprofessional is a gross understatement.I had a business PO Box that was locked. However, the payment was current. It took more than 72 hours for a resolution.I was told by Eveyln, Post Master, to leave my number and someone would call back.I received no callback. I never received an answer as to why it was locked.At this point Im looking for a refund. Save yourself the time and trouble and do business and mailing with UPS. Ugh!
Christmas was 4 months ago. It shouldnt take a WEEK for packages to get from Bloomingdale to Carol Stream!!!!
I hate the Bloomingdale post office and its employees. They keep delivering mail for people who havent lived at my address for SIX YEARS NOW. And no matter what I do, they keep delivering more. I refuse delivery over and over and Ive gone in to talk to them about this three times now, yet they still never do ANYTHING about it. Very much agree with comments about the rude employees here, completely incompetent too, apparently.
Went in to get a new passport staff was very rude and disrespectful told me to go on there website to schedule an appointment for a passport. I went onto the website many times and the website did not work staff member told me to try the website at a different day and time as well told me incorrect information as to what I need to bring in to get a new passport.
Very professional staff and fast service. Teresa was very professional, friendly and pleasant in helping to service. I live closer to carol stream post office but I go to this one because of their great costumer service.

This is probably the worst USPS in Illinois. I have used this location for the pst 6 years and not one single time was a pleasant experience. Rude staff always. Please avoid yourself some extra stress in your life and don’t use this location.

Awful customer service. Whoever Judy is needs to do an upgrade on her customer service skills. Hanged the phone on me and didnt provide any solution for my problem. I feel bad for whoever has to keep on going or calling to this office.
Honestly unhappy. I sent valentines to my patients and needed stamps... I went to buy them and the lady at the desk said that my Valentines were too thick so I had to pay $0.70 to send them. I told her they were really light so that shouldnt be an issue, and she said I was incorrect. I tested another from the office and it was sent with a standard stamp.
Had the opportunity to be at the Bloomingdale post office twice this week.My first visit was to mail an envelope certified mail. One postal clerk was dealing with a young woman who had 63 envelopes to mail to the Middle East. She had a million questions relating not only to the cost of postage but also the kind of stamps that would be pretty, significant and in an acceptable denomination. Although she had some bad info, the clerk was very patient, polite, and as helpful as he could be. The transaction was complicated and lengthy. The second clerk was taking care of a lady who was returning something via mail and then decided to shop for stamps i.e., are cute, what else do you have. All the time the line was forming behind me. and I am sure the line of customers were restless. The postal clerks job is thankless. My second visit was this morning for family passports. Julianne Buckly, the post master was in her office. She greeted us, I asked about passports. She asked us to stand at the counter and Tina came to deal with the passport process. Tina was very knowledgable and professional. However, we did not have the required documents for the children. Julianne monitored the process. We had a very nice conversation about our planned trip. She was very helpful in giving us direction on how to,proceed and willing to take future questions. A+ grade for the postmaster. So kudos to the whole team..
Never in my life have I seen a group of so many useless morons. Every time I go here I run into problems. Avoid this dump, if you can.

Poor customer service. Neither clerk spoke English very well. One wouldnt ask the customer she had to step aside so many that she could help another person while he completed length passport paperwork. The line got so bogged down people walked out.
Passport appointments online are pointless. Its first come first serve.

Very unhappy employees. No cooperation from Manager nor Post Master. They take no responsibility on any problems occurring with the mail delivery. They are returning all my mail showing undeliverable. I am at this same address 33 years. They have no answer. claim they will try and look into it but refuse to call me back, claiming they are short staffed and too busy.
