I rate them average at best. I would have hoped that a stronger cleaning regime would be in place since Lifetime is open during the Delta covid surge. Evidenced by sweat, water dusty spotted flooring. Never see anyone periodically clean stair handrailings nor is elevator surfaces kept clean. They have even taken the cleaning stations away near weight equipment so one needs to obtain sanitary paper towels and solution there. At all times at least 2 pieces of weight equipment has been down for repair.Would be nice if they had a cleaning person.
Lifetime Fitness is one of the best high end sport clubs in the Chicago suburbs. With indoor and outdoor pools, steam rooms, saunas and whirlpools as well as top notch weight area with many machines and free weights. The treadmills, elliptical and other workout gear covers every type of exercise. Group classes and individual training is available. Finally, the locker rooms are well maintained and always clean. Been a member since 2003 and satisfied the whole time.
Would definitely consider this place, had/has everything you possibly need to crush your fitness goals. If close by, and actually put in the time to go, lifetime is the place to do it. Only reason I dont go is the distance from me but if I was closer it would be my go too gym.
I really love it here, but lately I’m starting to get a little annoyed with changing policies and what not. I’ve so far ignored them to this point. I brought my guest yesterday and the guy informed me that we can only bring the same guest every 60 days now instead of 30. I don’t have 4 different people to bring in a two month span. So I kind of feel like since the guest passes are included in the membership I’m paying for, I’m being cheated out of my money.
Definitely recommend the Bloomingdale location, it is very clean and has a friendly and polite staff. There is a reason why I chose to give it 4/5 stars. When I initially went in to learn about the gym and what it included, I was handed off to Ryan and he seemed like he was in a hurry to get me in and out of there. It mustve been the end of his day, I dont know. But he took us on the fastest tour I have ever been on. He was physically walking fast. He didnt go into depth on how everything works there. I had to ask questions about things. We went back to his office and he didnt give us any options on what memberships there was. All I would suggest is to ask for someone other than Ryan. Well enough of about that situation, I want to move on to Kristen. Kristen is a trainer, when I went to meet her she was very patient, she was very thorough with her intake. She wanted to know what I am currently having issues with to where I want to be. I have had a medical condition since I was a toddler and on our second visit (the next day)she surprised me with some research that she had done on my condition to get a better picture of it. She created a workout plan around it and now she is my one on one personal trainer. I absolutely recommend her!
Want to get big? Quick? Don’t pass up lifetime next time you drive by! Will not regret ... There’s a reason it’s called Lifetime Fitness ... once your in your good to go!
Paper towels, wipes and hand sanitizers are no where to be found after 6:30pm. The upstairs mens bathroom runs out of soap and paper towels. If you workout late night like me, you have to walk to the other side of the building to find wipes for your equipment. If you are concerned about the safety of your health, find another gym. This place gets nasty and not worth it for $130 a month due to sanitary conditions.
Management needs to open their eyes and actually walk upstairs!!! Sure you can have people clean regularly but have you walked the gym floor and looked at the conditions between the fitness equipment and the walls and such!? Its filthy! You cannot get them cleaned with the swiffer like equipment you use and its evident the management is not inspecting for gym cleanliness at all!Front of house does a great job greeting guests!Locker rooms are kept clean as can be! The gym patrons are the ones who are irresponsible when it comes to keeping things clean and thats not a reflection on the club.It should be required for all to be vaccinated. That would certainly be in the best interest of everyones health! Lifetime preaches being concerned for everyones health yet does not mandate masks so people who are not vaccinated can be free to roam without a mask. I say anyone who enters must show proof of vaccination.
Not Good. The older woman at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. She has been rude to me on multiple occasions and will not help if I have a question. The other staff is nice but she didnt let me into the gym yesterday even though I have my temporary card because the gympass check in was glitching. I told her I checked in and she said she doesnt know and I should leave since its not working. Rude and unhelpful, I would not recommend this gym.
Very clean, pleasant, and having staff on-site 24/7 makes me feel much more safe. Ill be glad when they open back up 24/7. Those late nights I cant sleep could be healthy workouts!
Terrible communication skills from management. Left two voicemails and email to cancel my membership and they still ran my card for 87 dollars. Then finally got a hold of them and they won’t re fund my card until next month.Canceled because water pressure is not working in men’s locker room. Plus all the other amenities are always down when I go there. Not worth the money.
Its a good gym with some great facilities, however if youre only going to hop on a treadmill definitely just get a different membership. Rockwall and pool are lovely and classes are good to take advantage of but theres often not anyone managing the rock wall, even during operating hours.Covid regulations change a lot and often dont make much sense, if you have to wear a mask no one will, but thats just typical of gyms. Or masks are required in all areas except the crowded areas where everyone is breathing very heavily.Employees with covid are not disclosed, I have heard of employees showing up to work after getting covid tested and before getting their results back.
Good clean place to get a quick workout in. Not a whole lot of machines to play around with but you can get in a decent workout.
General manager Kelly is great I mentioned to her about acouple problems in the gym and she had it fixed the next day thanks!!! Also great job at the front desk sandy/ Dominica/ valerie always a great welcome to lifetime
I came into Lifetime on a whim with a friend today and I was instantly mind blown by how classy, fancy, and nice the interior was. Pretty quickly though a dude named Ryan took us on a tour and he was just beyond dope. He was a slave to his work in the best way possible. He was insanely knowledgeable, super friendly, and very relatable. 100% if a Lifetime Employee sees this, give him a raise. He was the perfect mix of sociable and professional.. Easy five star review.
Rather poor customer service, with terrible communication but pretty overpriced
Was told I can’t have a membership for voicing my opinion about something being dirty consistently in the past. “Life Time will not pursue prospects of your nature.” So they charge 80 a month and don’t you dare say the floors dirty. Good luck here everyone, in good health,
Very nice,elegant place to exercise.
I’m surprised by all the negative reviews mainly stating “rude staff and not following Covid measures.” I haven’t had either of these issues. The staff has always been polite, they are following covid measures, based on whatever the CDC guidelines are. The gym itself is really nice, well maintained, there’s a lot to do...it’s great for our family, the kids love spending time there, swimming and doing other activities. There’s endless options in terms of fitness classes from yoga to Zumba, in addition to their pools, sauna, well maintained locker rooms/showers, rock climbing, they have a spa and cafe as well. It’s more than a gym, it’s pretty much like a resort...yes, it’s much more expensive than other gyms, but it’s worth it if you use it and you you get what you pay for!
Clean facility, well staffed verity of equipment & classes
Great variety of equipment and good sanitary procedures during covid. Not overly crowded on a week day around 5-6pm like some gyms in the area.
Worst possible membership experience. Be careful and pay attention to the emails the send you about the prices. In my case my membership was on hold due to pandemic and I was told that I will not be charged the hold fees till March of 2021.However when I called to canceled the membership they told me that I use my credit for the hold fees! Unacceptable! I will definitely not recommend this chain.
Lifetime has always been a great gym. I love the classes, the pool and the sauna/steam room! Since they have re-opened they have done such a great job at keeping the facility clean and well managed. I feel more safe at Lifetime than I do going to the grocery stores! Great job Billy and the team for ensuring people can workout while remaining safe! We appreciate you all.
Only go here for my haircut...Natasha is brilliant!!
Loved it, cant wait to get started!! Staff is very friendly and helpful!!
READ ALL OF THIS REVIEW!!!First of all, lifetime is an okay gym, NORMALLY. But at the moment, 80% of the gym is closed down or regulated to the point where you cant use the extra amenities you pay for. If you are trying to go to a gym just to workout (ex: NO BASKETBALL COURT, NO SAUNA, NO HOT TUBS, MINIMAL POOL USAGE), I would recommend going somewhere else for the corona virus days. Other gyms are 20-30 bucks a month right now and offer the same exact service as lifetime since lifetime has all their amenities closed. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Everything feels super clean and very organized.
Always have a treadmill available and never too crowded in that area. Love this place!
The cream of the crop. Gym manager is customer service friendly and very professional.
Not sure why you would slam lifetime with bad review due to the guidelines they have to follow to stay open lol if your a penny pincher you are right lifetime is not the place for you. But as far as this gym it is a amazing gym! Always great service and clean gym. Been going here for upwards of 7 years and cant say a bad thing about them.
I have been a member before Bloomingdale location opened. I dealt with people there not wearing masks. They have signs telling people masks are mandatory. But the employees dont enforce it. When you ask them why. They ignore you. Its a good place to catch Covaid. I plan on canceling my membership. They are a joke.
Really don’t understand the pricing here. They really don’t offer much more than your average LA fitness or Xsport. But yeah they are 4x the price of those memberships. They wouldn’t negotiate price so, very content not having a membership here.
I have been going to Lifetime since 2010 and it great for the whole family. I used to bring my kids there for the day and btw the kids center, pools indoors and out plus the climbing walls, (2) basketball courts, (3) racquetball courts, spa and cafe. I kept them busy the whole day.Its expensive, but if you use it, it is worth it.
Bloomingdale location is dirty, too many ppl attend and machines are dirty
Great friendly staff thats making sure the gym is staying clean and safe for all members and staff included, Everardo and Keith always doing great work, also give you a welcoming greeting when seen walking in or take care see you next time while leaving out, lifeguards also doing there part in the pool area whiping down rails going into pools and hot tubs also lockerroom doors. Keep up the great work and respect towards members lifetime staff!!!!
I am disabled and was pleased to see their handicap button to open doors automatically was finally working. Had my hair highlighted, at the Spa, by Andrea. She is a master at her craft.
Feels too good to be true! But my home away from home is finally open and thanks to all the team members there I’d like to say I feel safe there. There’s signs every where about social distancing, wearing a mask, and cleaning station all around upstairs to clean up before/ after use. This place is a really friendly oriented gym it’s been my home gym for 12 years and it’s the best health club in the area. Don’t bother with the other gyms you get what you pay for here. Thanks to the GM (Billy) Therese at the front desk. Both sales Ryan Hale, Chris Brillo and all the team members for making this process feel safe!
Tried canceling my membership many times on the form for the past 2-3 months because I have no time. I usually went after work at night and since they close at 9pm, I can’t make it. So I’m trying almost every week on their form online to cancel. They take out my full amount for my membership. Had to call and then now they cancel it. Just to find out they took out more money this month? Saying my membership won’t fully be canceled until sept 24th but knowing my reason to cancel. They won’t refund me? Why am I spending MY hard working money where I can’t even go? It’s sad they have to steal people’s money. During A PANDEMIC. Not a lot of people are getting money or could afford. Another reason I had to cancel. I have other things to pay than a membership I have canceled many times and I can’t even go to the gym. Hope karma gets you.
This club has done a great job with cleanliness and maintaining guidelines to keep us safe. However, my concern is with group fitness classes. The instructors encourage unmasked class members to call out in an effort to foster energy and participation. I believe projecting was dangerous, especially indoors. Otherwise, great classes.
I absolutely love how the staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy! They are doing a great job working to keep the facility fully sanitized. There is such a great assortment of equipment and you will be happy with your choices of both equipment and classes!
No mask wearing..unless u go early...like..4 a.m. after that forget it. Too bad too because Im waiting for them to go back to 24 hours.
Rude, disrespectful front desk stuff, complete garbage. I was basically told to go F myself when called with the problem of trying to cancel the class reservation for tonight (couldnt do it online ) and than she hang up the phone on me when I asked for her name .
There are never free swimming laps. Constantly dirty family shower room...
Hot tub works just in that LTime👍🏻Respect
This gym is such a waste of money and hype for no reason. Charging people $124 for 3 weeks. Garbage gym. Just a hype. Would never recommend this place.
I have been a member since 2011 and mostly satisfied with service, quality and professionalism in this facility. They recently open back their door after the Covid-19 lock down. I came on 1st day not knowing what to expect but I felt welcomed. Everything felt so familiar just as prior to pandemic time. Even with limited hours and not all amenities opened yet I am able to enjoy getting my workouts outside of home. With each week I noticed more members are started to come so I know things will pick up and soon gym will resume in its full capacity.
Love this place and the staff! A bit pricey but if you go regularly it’s worth it. My kids enjoy the amenities also.
Very clean, child friendly pool for the whole family to play in.
Nice to have the hot tube both open. Limit 4 per. Lot less people there then a Year as ago.
I love lifetime . I always see people with masks on and I’ve been to warnville location it’s super dirty compared to this facility. Just want the damn suana open
My home away from home. It’s very clean and love seeing people working out and respectful of distancing. Thank you to Billy the GM and the team who made this possible ❤️
While I was initially uneasy about obtaining a gym membership at Lifetime (I read some horror stories online of people being given a hard time when they tried to cancel their memberships here), I can honestly say my experience as a member was overall pretty great! The cost can be heavy, but if you’re consistent and enjoy working out, this is definitely a motivating community to be a part of. However, my rating is 3-stars for the following reason:Due to COVID and unemployment, I unfortunately found myself forced to cancel my membership. I would have given the club a 4-star review, but the manager/assistant manager who cancelled my membership, Valerie, was so unprofessional. When I explained that I really could not keep my membership (as she asked why I was cancelling, if I was sure I wanted to cancel, etc...) she just stared at me coldly, tapped away on the computer, and then started walking off while dismissively saying “you’re all set, leaving me standing there without so much as a thank you for being a member, we hope you reconsider, or simply a thank you, have a nice day. I know these employees probably work on commission, but please show some class and professionalism this place works so hard to convey.
I first would like to say i am SOOOOO happy to be back at lifetime...yesterday was my first day back, well yes i was worried about how the 1st day would be..But it turned out great... I felt safe and there was always someone wiping and cleaning...which is a plus... I went back today the manager Bill took the time out to ask me ..first my name and how i felt on the opening...which is a major deal... I appreciated that time he took out to ask how i felt about the new normal now😒....I would continuing to go my regular 4-5 days a week... Hope all goes well.. And We get back to Normal✌
The facility is very clean. Outdoor pool is open for adults only. there are sunshades, but you need to get there earlier to reserve the spot. The atmosphere is very nice and it blends with uplifting music.
Good place to be with family
After canceling my membership, customer service was extremely rude and non complying. Then, proceeded to try to charge me for another renewal monthly payment AFTER I already canceled. Extremely unprofessional and literally just trying to steal people’s money with a policy that makes no sense whatsoever. So if you try to cancel, their policy is “hey you canceled but instead of canceling and keeping your account active until the date you last paid like a normal business, we are going to charge you another payment we usually would if you were going to renew your membership for another month, but btw since you canceled you’re not actually allowed here for another month we just charged you for it anyway” like ew don’t come here unless you’re trying to get scammed 🤠
Unbelievable that they want to charge $50 more just to use their outside pool :(
Horrible staff. Always gives me a hard time when entering the building. The staff always comes up with a problem so there’s complications. Very rude and far from empathetic. I am treated as if i’m not already paying the ridiculous price for a full membership.
Its with great sadness that I cancelled my membership of 20 years. The club just reopened. I went there to see what covid procedures had been implemented. All the staff were wearing masks. Public seating areas were closed. Hand sanitizer was easily available. However, members were ignoring safety guidelines by walking in around the club unmasked. Totally mind blowing.I brought this situation to the manager on duty attention. She shrugged and said it was too hard to get members to comply. How about posting reminders on the equipment. How about reminders between songs on the PA that always blaring. How about reminders on the TV screens that are all over. The club did not do its best to protect the membership.Sorry LTF, looks like I need to invest in home workout equipment.
December- Update one month later- shower #2 still not working properly. I think they need to hire a manager for this gym who can inspect and correct stuff.November- Overall its a nice gym, but the family lockers are very dirty-hair on the shower floor, food and the same shower, in #2, is not working 3 week in a row. If it was cleaner, the gym would be very nice.
Im a member of Schaumburg location, I went today to sign up my two friends At BloomingdaleWe met with a guy named CrisI understand that it’s corona time and there is rules and strict instructions to the staffBut he was so rude and said that we cannot sign up at the location or have any guests and basically kicked us outNever back again to that location
At first..no social distancing..but they got it right the next day. Clean facility and personable staff.
I am definitely biased because I work at Life Time, but I would not have wanted to begin my fitness training career anywhere else. I had a membership to a different location when I was a kid, and when I decided I wanted to be a personal trainer, I didnt think about working anywhere but Life Time. I have always loved all the different amenities available, and I find myself always getting caught up chatting with people from every department.People always ask me how Im able to spend so much time there when Im outside of my work shift. Its because I really do enjoy being around everyone and in that environment. My favorite slogan is I can do it all in my Life Time because its both true, and a pun!! haha I feel incredibly lucky to warm somewhere that I can always leave with a smile on my face.
I was great
Extremely expensive compared to other places. They do not accommodate the Senior Members by offering age appropriate classes or competitive leagues. They don’t even promote it. When I inquired, they said they did not have enough sign ups. Being afraid that I might hurt myself and not knowing what equipment to use, they said I had the hire a trainer starting at $350 an hour. The pool is the best option for younger seniors. No discounts or refunds for unused months. To be able to use the pool only, the membership is not worth the price.
It was nice and very useful but the money you pay is a lot to stay there
I like Lifetime Fitness and have been a memeber for about 12 years. They are a bit on the expensive side, which I wouldnt mind the premium fee, IF they kept up the clup to a premium level.Equipment is generally kind of all over the place,as well as the small gym towels laying around here and there.I personally feel as though if they would train the staff,(especially the trainers) to not just walk by equipment that is not where it belongs but to return it to its proper place, that would go a LONG way toward making the place more of a premium level gym...which is what were paying for. They have a great selection of equipment, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, steam room, you name it,and they have it.it is a great facility...now they just have to present it as one!
We went for a birthday party. My kid had fun. The facility was clean and well kept.
Plz make 24hr again
Perfect gym with wonderful equipment. The trainers are very skilled and professional. The gym ks located in an amazing location.
Steve Gabriel has spoiled me for any other trainer! Ive worked with trainers before, but never have had anyone as knowledgeable and wonderful to work with than Steve. He has a huge following and I am proud to be part of that group. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body, as trainers should be (but arent always). The best part is, as he is training a client, he shares that knowledge with them. Understanding WHY you need to do something is as important, if not more so, than understanding that you need to do something. He is very helpful with nutrition and supplements as well. Steve is great at holding clients accountable, helping clients to hold themselves accountable and setting you up for long term success. He is all about making healthy life changes rather than going on a diet or a program for a while. His workouts are all customized to the individual - - no cookie cutter workouts here! One great bonus...he had worked with my 9 year old daughter over the past three years to help her with physical issues related to mental illness. He can help any client of any age and in any shape. He is truly a trainer that you will want to have and keep forever!
Great value for the price of membership. They’re workout trainer rates are ridiculously high. But all their facilities are clean and their employees are very nice.
The lady at the front desk with pink hair is beyond rude. Told me I’m not allowed to be in a place like this, denied my entry even though my buddy signed me as his guest, and had the worst attitude. I would never recommend coming to this location ever again.🤝 worst service ever. Rather go to la fitness or actually anywhere else besides this dump. I felt very profiled and offended and it seemed as if she was targeting me specifically and I would definitely love to see her fired for how she treated me. Also this is the “manager” of the facility... incredible.
Never had an issue. I come in, do my own thing, and enjoy having a really good workout. Would not go anywhere else!
You guys know how to clean and disinfect your pool area? People are getting nasty infections due to your lack of cleaning. This is a huge issue that should not go unnoticed. Someone needs to inspect your facility as soon as possible. Definitely not up to standards for those paying 75+ a month.
Been coming to the club for several years now. Staff is very friendly. They always make you feel welcome and the cafe & spa are both awesome as well! 🤩
The pool are has gone through a transformation due to the new pool manager Brian i have used this area since 2005 Its been nice but now its outstandingly clean in the pool & out. No banbdades laying around no signs of algae. Towels all the time on the rack & on the chairs. Brian never stops working & keeps the help moving & cleaning. The area sparkles & is super clean like never before. Great work Brian!!!!!
Due to COVID my husband and I cancelled our memberships until Lifetime open regularly no mask 😷 and whatever normalcy that is ? But I tried calling no answer, front desk no answer? Had questions about steam room and hottub but their lose won’t be trying them again .
Been in many gyms, from the moment you walk in till the moment you leave, very clean locker room, very well organize, and there is always someone to answer any question you have. Job very well done
It’s a pleasure to write a few words about Steve as a personal trainer. I started training with him more than a year ago and it’s been a truly life changing experience. He not only helped me achieve the best shape of my life but also equipped me to do work outs on my own which is a huge confidence booster when you are on your own. He has a simple and very convincing approach towards getting the best out of his clients. He is also very knowledgeable and believes in educating his clients. We focused on a mix of structural and functional training with emphasis on building overall strength and it has made huge difference in my fitness level. The best part about training with Steve is, he is very serious about your goals and really pushes you to your limits. Steve has got vast experience in his field and the transformation I have seen in my fitness and overall health speaks for it. He is also the funniest trainer I have worked with. Training with Steve is undoubtedly one of the best investments I have made and I highly recommend training with him.
Great classes. Healthy food available. Indoor and outdoor pool. Need a location in the quad cities.
So far
Been here for about half a year now after being with xsport for five years. Staff is friendly. Place is maintained well. Good amount of equipment. I like that they added more squat racks. I like that they have accessories to add to your workouts that you don’t have to bring your own. Never really wait on equipment. I would definitely like to see this place add more bands that can be added to your compound lifts. Also please bring in the reverse hyper. Concept 2 rowing machines are also a staple here
Just called and talked to a woman who was very rude and elitist with me. Lifetime charged me an extra 2$ on my membership this month so I called to ask why. She said it was for their magazine and that she could remove that charge for me and discontinue the magazine. Years ago when I was a member it was free and the cost was only 50$/month. When i told her thanks for being ever so helpful, good day she scoffed at me and hung up. Ya, lady its only 2$/month how dare I say anything about that? Anytime a corporation charges me more than we agreed to Im going to have a problem with it, regardless of how meaningless the amount may seem to you. Called was at 8a 2/6/19. I just may be looking for a new gym considering thats how little you care about my money and time. I like this gym, but it is kind of a hike for me. If I find another place that is closer and has classes, Im out of LT, again.
Very expensive. unskilled staff. especially the manager. I dont want to go into details but what happened to me is really shameful. however, I recommend changing areas.
My mom initially recommended Steve Gabriel as a trainer, and I am so glad I went to him. He was so knowledgeable about the human body and how it works. Not only did he constantly make working out and training fun, but he produced the results I was hoping for too. He designed a plan and regimen specific to my body type and my goals. It felt like I was his only client (even though he has so many) with the way he would talk with me and work with me. Over the course of 5 months, I lost 35 lbs (Im only 52 so it was an extreme amount of weight for my frame). Steve provided me with a healthy guideline of what my body needs, and was able to motivate me to stay away from snacks I didnt need. I was able to continue on with my program even when I wasnt able to train with him, back at college. I never want to train with anyone else, because I dont think they would be able to give me the same level of knowledge, respect and motivation. Train with Steve!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT SIGN UP for a membership here unless youre using a dedicated debit card for Lifetime ONLY. You WILL have to cancel the card to keep them from charging you. I moved in 2017. I cancelled the membership in 2017. They are STILL trying to charge me TWO YEARS LATER.
Was a member for almost 20 years, since before they opened the Bloomingdale location. It went downhill from there. Over the last 10 years the number of machines has declined, their enforcement of policies is completely absent, and a fair amount of the clientele have no consideration for others or the equipment, some of which sat broken for months. Management was approached on multiple occasions and no one ever took responsibility, or even took action. During surveys I indicated I wanted to be contacted. Not once did I hear from a representative. The Trainers would block out machines for the person(s) they were working with, which is total garbage as Im paying the same rate, to not use a machine?!?! Unacceptable. The last disgrace is when I finally cancelled. The Member Services person completely failed to mention there was a 30 day cancellation policy. So if you dont cancel before your monthly rates are due they hit you for another month. No wonder there is such a high turnover rate for customer facing employees. When you call to inquire, you are met with an elitist attitude claiming that you, the paying member, should have known. In a world of $10/mo fitness clubs becoming the norm, LT is way behind the times with their exorbitant fees and poor customer service.
Terrible customer service! Trying to reach g manager Billy, he is always out of office. Sales Ashley who won’t me my membership told me I can cancel it any time, now it’s 30 days notice . Also she said o can go to Skokie location. And I drive 45 min to hear that I cannot go inside. Terrible. Charged me $81,50 this month, instead of $79. They add without any permission their own fee.
Recently got family membership, my 15 month old son got hand foot and mouth disease. He goes to this child care center only for now, and his doctor thinks this maybe where he got it. I called the day care to inform about the situation and the lady who answered my call, didn’t seem to be much concerned bout this condition and other children’s health. Please Lifetime Fitness if you are reading this now, take some time and clean, sanitized, do whatever it takes to make this a healthier environment for other kids ASAP. My child is recovering and God willing he will be fine soon. If the day care employee or employees see a child sick please do NOT take them, It’s NOT rude to the parent if you just say NO . It protects other kids from getting sick.
Worse customer service
Bad experience and service person
Well qualified and friendly trainers. Love this location.
Kinda high priced. I enjoyed going there. Trainers are awesome. Had a heart attack they refused to suspend membership over the phone. They insisted I go in to fill out paperwork. Then corporate called because I didnt pay since the heart attack. Gentleman insinuated it was not true because I went in. Its just like ballys. So despite doctors orders I not go to the gym but go to cardio rehab. Lifetime insists they get paid for services I cant us until Im cleared by the doctor
Great facility. Staff is a mixed bag but some are great.
I have been coming here with my four children for more than 3 years. The staff members in the child center are the best. There is very little turnover and I feel very comfortable with my children being there. The group classes are truly amazing. The cost is higher than a park district membership, but if you take advantage of the pool, climbing wall, steam room, sauna, pool, and of course the including free classes, it makes it worth the money.
