We were very pleased with todays Lampert Carpet Cleaning experience. John was very punctual and personable. He did a great job of cleaning our carpets for a very reasonable price. He clearly cares about excellent customer service. We really appreciated his being a nonsmoker and the fact that there was no post-cleaning chemical smell; this is good news for those of us with allergies! We highly recommend Lampert Carpet Cleaning services.

They are exceptional, reliable and provide superior customer service throughout my encounter with Lampert Carpet Cleaning. I am elated and glad that they explained in detail how they service carpets and how their process differs from many other companies out there. The one thing I noticed when reading is how detailed they are and not just surface cleaning. Unbelievable. They were also very easy to deal with, on time, and called 30 minutes before they showed up.

We needed some cleaning services since I had moved into a new house .I gravitated to the well known names in the business and read the reviews. I wasnt impressed with the larger companies. Then I read the reviews with Lampert Carpet Cleaning . I took a chance based on positive reviews and I have to say, I was not disappointed. I called John and he was here the next day and ten minutes early from his scheduled time.

Had these guys come in today and clean my carpets. My dogs have been throwing tantrums and peeing downstairs. These guys came in and took care of it. Super professional, informative, on time, and great workers. I’ll definitely be calling these guys and referring them to everyone.

Two men came to my home and proceeded to clean the grout, explaining the process as they went about it. They did a great job and we were very satisfied. The men were very polite and professional and It was a delight to have them working in my home. I will definitely call them for any future requirements that I may need.

John came out today to clean carpets in several of our rooms and he did a fantastic job! We had a few areas that had the dreaded slime and he offered a deep cleaning option and was able to get the slime out! Rick and Allan were very good at their job and explained every detail of the process as it went along. Ive never had my tile cleaned and after thirteen years it really needed it. They took their time and made sure that everything would turn out right. It did! The 1000 lb. psi water jets and scrubber actually cleaned the grout and left the tile sparkling. Lampert Carpet Cleaning came on time and cleaned our full carpet 2 story condo in about an hour and a half. Our carpets are beige and were stained pretty badly from previous tenants, they look great now. The guys are super friendly and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

Allan from Lampert Carpet Cleaning was our technician, and he asked questions about the stains and explained how he would remove them. The carpet looked brand new when he was done, and he even left us little bootees to wear over our shoes until it was completely dry.
