I went there for a car wash, I paid for SPA wash, service I received was terrible, seats were not wiped interior mirror and radio covered with smudges, same for exterior mirror. Very disappointed I will not return to this location.

I was handed down a car by a family member who does dog rescue, so dogs were in this car regularly. There was a lot of hair and a dog smell, so I wanted to get it thoroughly cleaned. My expectations were exceeded with the job that Turtle Wax did.Every single crevice of this car was cleaned, there was no dog hair that I could see, and it smelled so good. The nice thing about the smell was that it was not some overwhelming fruity or perfumy smell, which I would not like. It just smelled clean.Every one of the staff that I had contact with was professional and friendly, and for the job that they did, I found the price to be very reasonable. I felt like they took car of me and my car, and I will definitely be going back there again.

I opted for the $11.00 wash, which is second from the top. They ran it through the wash ran a towel over it and sent me on my way. It was my fault for not looking at the description, but for $11 plus tip they don’t touch the interior? This is the reason why I drove right in to the wash at 3 o’clock on a Saturday with the sun shining. The car wash down the street had a line. I guess it’s time to say goodbye to turtle wax, they’re not gonna be around very long. Too much great competition in the area to charge those kind of rates for almost nothing.

We were here today to get our car cleaned inside and out. We removed most of the items from the car such as stroller, toddlers scooters and baby seats so it would be easier for them to clean and not have to move it out themselves.What really shocked me was when I went to drop my wife and kids to the waiting area I noticed one of the workers hovering around our items outside, as I was about to go to my properties I noticed he had started full on using a TODDLERS SCOOTER. I approached him and let him know he was playing on a toddlers items, my wife asked me not to pursue this and leave it be.But I will still write about this experience, you should not be touching others people’s property without permission unless it’s to remove the items from the car to clean it.Worst experience I ever had, I did not take name but I know who you areTo top this great experience off, the car was not even cleaned properly from the inside, had to grab cloths when I got home and wipe everything down myself

Hire teens who really dont care about how well your car looks they just take 2 or 3 minutes to dry it by hand and wipe down inside. And expect a $5 tip . 5 years ago it was much better

I got a car washed, interior detailed and exterior waxed and WOW those guys do an amazing job. Mohammed helped us choose what we wanted and needed and was super nice through the whole process. The car looked phenomenal when we got it back. They even got it done quicker than I thought.

Made an appointment to get my Vette washed. I came in for my appointment and was greeted by a cashier very friendly. Hose came up to the counter and asked the kid if he needed help. Hose then explained what they were going to do to my car. I said great I’ll be back. I stayed back to see the process since it’s an older car and didn’t want anything to happen to my car. Hose and another kid ended up doing my car. These guys really know how to wash a car. I went up to them and asked if they can wax it and Hose said no problem. Wow I am glad they waxed it. For a 22 year old car it shined like it came from the showroom. Hose explained to me how to properly take care of the car. He has great knowledge of detailing. You guys have gained a new customer. They are very friendly and professional. Very clean facility as well.

Never going to this place again payed 60 bucks to get handwash and was not worth it at all there was a last minute fee cause my truck is 3 lifted they said they cleaned it inside but didnt very poor wash i could still see stains on my truck and i tought it would be better than a $3 car wash its right bout the same but for $60 instead WOW!

It hasn’t looked this good in two years since the day I bought this car! I highly recommend this location for detailing as well as their awesome $3 car washes!

Almost certainly among the last few surviving full service car washes. I mourn the passing of that era, where the neighborhood teenagers would come to trade a few hours of honest labor to earn a few extra dollars.Nonetheless, the paint came out shiny clean and bright, and the interior dusted and tidied. Fair exchange for the few dollars I paid.

I paid $269 for a full car detailing. There was tar damage all around my car (the tar was a few weeks old). When I dropped off my car 9/7 they said they would be able to get the tar off. I received a call That same day. They needed to keep my car for another day (or I could’ve returned to grab my car and bring it back the next day) because the guy on the phone said the tar damage would take additional time to remove. Ok no problem - I left the car there. My dad went to pick up my car 9/8 while I was working. He called me a few hours later and told me that the job was terrible and that the manager would be calling me for my own opinion on their service. I went to pick up my car from my dad’s house and was extremely disappointed with the results. They did not vacuum the interior thoroughly. I found missed spots between the back door and back seats. There were stains on the passenger seat that had not been removed. Worst of all, the tar had not been removed everywhere. It was still on the back doors and my rear window. I couldn’t believe they charged me the full price but the quality of the detail was so poor (definitely not worth the price...and I used a coupon too. Normal price was $289 for the most thorough detail package). I ended up leaving my car at my dad’s house and he was able to remove all of the tar the next day (today). It is a shame that my car was at this place for almost 2 whole days and I paid almost $300 for what I thought would be quality detailing, but received poor service instead. Please do not go here for any detailing service. It’s not worth the price for the quality that you get. The manager never called me to discuss today. I would much rather pay more for high quality cleaning at my dealership than come here. I will not be returning here and will not recommend this place to anyone...but I can tell people where not to go for a detailing.

Came in for a car wash and when i left, the exterior was still dirty and the interior was not clean. The mats and seats were not vacuumed. I went home and cleaned the spots they missed. The people were nice but the quality of work was horrible. Will not come back.

I have never met an employee here that isn’t hardworking. They are very thorough people. And until today, I have never seen a rude employee. Until today. But I suppose there will always be an exception. Overall, it’s an amazing place to go. The only reason this isn’t a five star rating is because of that one ride employee.

This is so frustrating that you book an appointment and they never had you on their system . I called to check if I am good to being my car and they told me they don’t have me on system . I seriously feel so frustrated. I have note on my diary that I booked this appointment and they denied it plainly . Wow ! I won’t recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely brutal. Should have listened to the reviews-dont waste your time or money. Interior was not even wiped down or cleaned, barely vacuumed-extremely disappointed in the experience. Manager was cool, but lazy workers and no pride of workmanship should caution you to steer clear of this location.

Really bad experience. Paid for premium service and got bottom of the barrel. Please check your vehicle before you leave if everything done what you paid for. Hopefully management keeps eyes 👀on their employees work so no one have to right bad reviews. Its first for me. Good luck !!!!

I used to drive from other suburbs to come here. I went a few weeks ago. The inside of my vehicle didnt even look like it was wiped down. Spending 30 bucks on a car wash. I assumed they still clean your floor mats. After I pulled over and started cleaning the inside of my dash myself. I called TW and asked about the mats and was told mat cleaning is an extra 5 bucks.Sorry TW. I went to get my car washed today. Paid 24.00 for their full service. It was horrible the inside was left dirty my dash and screens werent even cleaned. I still had dust left on the dash console was wiped with a wet cloth. I gone here a few times and this will be my last.

I can’t speak highly enough about this Turtle Wax location! They are friendly, timely and most importantly: they do quality work!!!! Very happy with the results of my car after every time I visit.

Save your money and go get your car washed at a gas station, atleast youll get what you paid for there. I paid for the full-service wash and they did a horrible job, didnt spray down the dash, missed cleaning half the windows, barely vacuumed, never touched the tires, etc. The more I drive my car the more I see something halfway done or completely missed. Extremely disappointed, will never return again. You would think going to a carwash named after a car care company you would get good service... try again, complete waste of money, time, and gas. I would give zero stars if I could.

The manager Mathew does an excellent job of taking care of issues and making it right. I have been going here for years and have had very FEW problems, but the manager makes sure to provide excellent customer service. Never once have I had a problem and he didn’t do right by me or the customer. There aren’t many managers out there with that kind of customer service mentality. He does an excellent job.

I got the Turtle 1 package. $14.99Outside of vehicle is clean. Inside was done very poorly. Came back a 2nd time with my wifes car, on the same day. Same experience. Nice job outside, poor job inside. Both me and my wife will NOT be using this facility again.By the looks of the most recent reviews, this is an on going problem that isnt getting fixed.

Too expensive for what you get. Vacuum cleaning was very poor, interior dashboard not cleaned, the navigator screen not cleaned, garbage bag not cleaned. For the almost $30 service should have been better!

They did a excellent job on my truck. I had it detailed and my truck looks brand new. They got some bad tree sap off and made my truck look like it did when I bought it. They are the best around. I love how clean my car looks after the wash. They use high end products to make your car look like it the day you bought it. The staff is absolutely nice and very helpful and works with you. Thank you again. Been coming for over 10 years

Pretty Decent place, But my only concern is that they dont put a lot of effort in actually cleaning the car and a lot of times forget to clean multiple areas.

Better than the average car wash. Hand drying, window cleaning, and tire shine are applied after your ride leaves the automated wash. A single wash can be around $20, but the $30 monthly plan is a bargain.

A little pricey but the service was exceptional. It would be nice if they had coupons once in awhile.

Not the same as it used to be. Streaky windows. Before, when I paid for a Super Turtle, I could come back within 2 days for another Super Turtle. Now, I just get a plain car wash within 3 days.

This plan can be a real crap shoot. Sometimes they are on but when they are off they are off. I have waited almost 45 minutes for a basic wash, there machines have sprayed wax all over the cars and they couldnt figure out how to get it off and then today I paid for the turtle one wash and they didnt vacuum. Waiting another 15 minutes while they figure out how to vacuum now that the wash is done. They need to get stuff together. They could be good but they need some work.

Went in for a wash and picked the Turtle II, and it ended up being free after 5th wash...so I was excited. Might as well have gone to a $3 car was and vacuumed myself....very disappointed. Tipped the guy pretty well and left. Couldnt tell until I got home how bad it looked and had to wipe down everything when I got home..and now I am off to vacuum it myself. I looked up the wash and what was included and all he did is run through wash and wipe down outside, barely touched the inside!!! Should have known when the cars in front of me were still being worked on and mine was ready so fast...Note to self double check everything before you leave!! Thank goodness it was free

I went in today for a car wash and interior cleaning. I spent around $26.00 for the service, with an add on of cleaning my 2 front mats. The car was not dried off completely, the dash and console were not wiped, and the attendant put the dirty rugs I keep on my weather tech mats on the leather seats...not sure why she couldn’t have put them back down on the floor. Regardless, I got a value of $3.00 service but spent $26.00. I won’t be going back, EVER. I usually go to El Diamanté in St. Charles for a hand car wash but wanted to save time...wish I had made a different choice today. I do NOT recommend Turtle Wax.

They were accommodating and very reasonably priced. All I needed was to have the drivers seat of my work van cleaned. They took me right into the detail shop and I was out in 15 minutes. He did a great job. Very happy with the seat. It looks brand new.

Great service and price, bad maintenance by outside waiting area. Wasps nest and holes in sidewalk from what looks like a removed bench... nearly fell looking up to see where all the wasps were coming from. Lol

I was just in there, It appears that they have some new staff as the young man that was doing our car was being trained. The trainer appeard to throughly go over everything and the trainee killed it... MY CAR LOOKS FABULOUS!! Only complaint I have is when the manager I would assume came into the back where we first picked the service and starting jumping on the trainee in the back because he was asking questions. If a new guy is asking questions to get an answer to a question I asked, I believe that jumping on him because cars were getting backed up is a little ridiculous... Just remember manager, you were once new and asked questions!!!

They do a great job 95% of the time. Check the inside glass before leaving. Had a few times they had to do windshield twice. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Whats not to like !!!

Last time we went here it was a TERRIBLE experience, but this time there was a noticable difference in management. It was very busy but running very efficiently, and the attendant who detailed our car did an excellent job. We have a 12 passenger van, and it was thoroughly cleaned and has truly never looked better. His name was Peyton, we were very impressed with his customer service.

I would not recommend this car wash. I went in for an interior and exterior wash. The exterior wash was fine, but the interior was pretty poor. Its was done very quickly and there was a lot of dirt missed, and the vacuum job was not done well either. Overall a disappointing experience, especially for what it cost.

I like the service. The staff is courteous and fast paced. Never really had a problem with them. And when drying your car you can tell them how you want it cleaned from the inside and theyll do it.

This was my first visit at this place and they did a massive job overall. I was searching for great hand car wash place for my car and I think I found it. I will definitely go back.

I haven’t been to the Bloomingdale location in about 4 years because they did a poor job cleaning our car. Decided to try again and did the Ultimate wash which included tire shine. The young man who cleaned my car did not clean my tires and said it was not included in our package. My husband gave him a great tip and the kid ran off. When I got in my car, my windows were disgusting. They were filled with streaks. So another young man came and did our tires and “cleaned” the windows again. There are so many streaks in my window it’s ridiculous!!! The inside windows are still dirty. I WILL NEVER go back to this pace again.

I’m so disappointed from interior wash and I would never never recommend this car wash !!!! Don’t go there you gonna waste your money and your car still gonna be dirty !!!!!! I paid 139$ for NOTHING! Ive been a long time customer and for the most part have been happy with the service!! Today was definitely not the best for the car wash!!!. I brought my car in and bought the altimate wash.The young gentleman that greeted me was great!!. Then after that is when things started going down hill, the cashier was what I would consider rude, asked how her day was and was ignored, I made a joke of it and again was ignored!. I get that we all have bad days but when you work in customer service environment, the last thing that you should do is show that to a customer!!.Then my car was brought outside, guy gave it a fast going over and said that my car was ready! I pointed out that the rims were still dirty and soap was still present on my car. He did clean the rims but somehow still managed to not see the soap on my car, smudge marks on the windows were still present and at that point..I decided to take my car home and finish cleaning it. I hope that this was just a fluke and wont be like this the next time I bring my car in !!!Thanks Kevin Hammer

Have to say that after reading some reviews, I was hesitant to go here. Got the $28.00 car wash for the inside detailing. Let me tell you, this kid spent 40 minutes cleaning the inside of my car! Very pleased with my visit! Also on a side note, while I was waiting, a guy came through with his BENTLEY! If its good enough for a BENTLEY, its good enough for your car!😁

They could have done a better job for a twenty dollar car wash. But it was my first time visiting this location and the exterior of my car was pretty dirty. Hope they do a better job The next time.

Got there 24.99 wash that was supposed to be inside clean as well. Or maybe just vacuumed. But they didn’t ever do a good job on that. Their was a hat on the floor that had some rocks and dirt under it. They didn’t even bother to move that to vacuum it up. Spent over $30 plus tip on that was and still had to do stuff when I got home. Only good part of the experience was that was. And that was done by robots.WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

I bought a $30 car wash and it’s just not worth it! For that price they could do a better job! My floors are not vacuumed properly nor is the dash wiped down as best it could be! This service should be $15 if it’s going to be half done like this.

Paid $30 for a car wash, mats etc...and I got something that a $4 DIY car wash could deliver. Sorry guys under performed. I usually do it myself but was recommended to bring it here and was told that I would be happy. I was not. Handed the guy $5 tip purely for etiquette.

Need to look for wax getting into your exterior plastic trim from the car wash. You’ll notice your black plastic trim will now be stained partially white. They have a trim cleaner but you have to ask and noticed you have wax on your plastic trim. Also over time the white color may come back. Hand wash is the way to go.

Coming here for years. Elena totally not helpful. Tutlre one is $15.99, ultimate exterior is $15.99, she wouldnt honor the coupon I had. This is my wifes car. My car on turtle one monthly plan, ultimate exterior is interchangeable. Omar why is she so difficult?

$35 for a car wash? My exterior was cleaned. Vacuumed? No. Washed my mats barely. My windows were cleaner before they touched them. I will never go there again. I dont know why they are still open. Too many kids with no car wash expertise, and overpriced. Best car wash is Sudsational in Addison, IL

This is typically my absolutely favorite car wash to go to in the area. They’ve always done a great job. That being said, today I went in & got the Super car wash ($28). I go to put the kids back in the car & their car seats are SOAKING WET. I mean drenched. I had to hunt down the guy that dried it down to ask why it was wet. He’s like “well he said he accidentally cracked the windows & it got wet. BUT it’s A LOT drier then it was before.” The fact that this wouldn’t be mentioned when they came to tell me it was done is frustrating. If anyone knows car seat safety, you know the straps can’t be soaked & who knows what type of cleaner got on the seats too. Waiting on a call back from the car seat manufacturer to see if I need to replace them ($400/piece for these Britax), & I’ll be calling. So frustrating.

I got the $15.99 turtle 1 wash. The vacuum job was terrible. They wiped down the dash etc, but couldnt wipe my cup holders. I took pictures but dont know how to upload. Will definitely rethink coming here again. A waste of my $$. I now have to spend my time to redo!!😥😥

The guy who pulled in my truck ran over the pipes on the floor. When he got out the 2 other employees just laughed. If they showed some common sense, maybe they would have helped him. Running boards were still dirty. Only part of the tires had armor all on them.

I was really looking forward to my interior being vacuumed and dusted. I cleared the cup holders and all to give them easier access. I told the associate twice that I was “specifically here to get the interior vacuum and dusted well”. I was disappointed to find that the cup holders and door handle wells were completely untouched with crumbs and dust still there. There was one gum wrapper in the door pocket, which they didn’t even remove. My empty trunk was never opened, and there were still some leaves on the floor of the car. There is still dust all over the steering column. $30 wasted, as far as I’m concerned.

They do a pretty good job. It all depends who does the cleaning and wiping down that day. Some are lazy some are real good. Tip the bad ones nothing and they will get the hint

Called twice to be sure they would clean my car inside after my dog got sick. Asked a THIRD time when I dropped it off. Was told yes but would pay an extra charge. Sure no problem! 4 hours later they call me to tell me no they wont clean it but if I wanted to make a deal with the guy cleaning it he would wash it.So after agreeing to pay $200 to wash my car and detail the inside I get told no after I drop it off and the guy tries to hustle me. This is got to be the worst experience of customer service I have ever seen.
