I came in to clean my car and as soon as I drove into the washing station the wooden pallet they use as flooring for the drain snapped and broke . Making my car fall into the deep drain, My car got stuck and I had to force it out. No one was working at the moment and I did everything I needed to try and contact someone but they seem to ignore me . I ended up calling the police and made a report, I also have photos and witnesses. I came back the next day to see if anyone was in but there wasn’t, I did notice they replaced the wooden floor. I will keep everyone updated as they are ignoring me at the moment and if that is the case I will take things into to legal action.

This was a standard manual car wash. Above average, because they had card readers so I didnt need a bunch of quarters. Im not sure what the bad reviews were about. I will be back. No complaints.

I used this carwash before and didn’t have a problem. This time the vacuum time was next to nothing, had to finish vacuuming at home. And my truck doesn’t even look washed, there’s some kind of black oil or sticky grease on the brush that completely messed up my truck, it’s everywhere!! And for $15 ?? The auto carwash would have done better for half the price. I would not recommend going here and I will never go here again. The owners obviously don’t care about keeping it clean and tidy or checking things. Complete unmanned operation.

I observe the comments and I realize all the complaints, gentlemen this is an express car wash, I understand that the owners must make updates of all the washing equipment but for the price of what you pay is much cheaper than a luxury car wash! If you need to aspirate only do it for less than $ 2.5 and wash the car 2.5 $! That is to say with only $ 10 you can do a service for yourself, of course the time you will determine it! If you do not want to complain, go to a car wash where they can attend you and provide a service that is comfortable, if you have to pay much more! Another thing the best thing is that this place has a change of quarter dollars, even to change money 24 hours a day! Be happy, dear! And I give it 4 stars because if it serves me what I want, Aspirate, Wash the car fast and of course Change my quarters to go to wash my clothes! Now this car wash in winter I do not use it, since you need water pressure to wash the car underneath, here in this place you will not get that!

This was terrible. No customer service. Broken machines. The card reader wasn’t working. The vending machines and vacuums were broken. STAY AWAY!!

Poor service! I used to come here but am stopping because the machines are always not working and I just got taken 5 dollars and was not able to use car wash bc it was broken. Will not be returning again. Fix your machines please :)

I was hesitant to use this car wash due to the mixed reviews. I have to say that I was impressed. The bays were clean, the hose had solid pressure, and there was soap in the wash cycle. I would recommend.

24 hour do it yourself car wash bays. They also had a couple of touchless watch bays. I paid $2.25 for 4 minutes of wash time.

Not as clean as other places. But didnt get overcharge for a wash like I thought I would. The price eventually dropped on my account from 15 dollars to 3 dollars.

Went today - took my money (bay 5), no one answers the phone, no refund. Place has over grown weeds, little up keep.

This place has gone downhill. 250 for about 5 minutes or so, if that. There are no timers, except for a buzzer.

If you love your car avoid this place. Owner clearly shows no interest in making profits. I say stay away because the touchless part scratched my wheels since you have to put the wheel past some metal gate that acts as a switch instead of having a sensor.

I have been going there for years never had a problem until recently. I used the automatic car wash but there was no water to rinse the soap off. I used the self wash and was charged $15 when I should of been charged $2.25. Never again you lost my business.

Decent do it yourself wash. I own a company and have a fleet of high roof Promasters and its one of the few places that can accommodate them. The guys have never had any complaints with this place. Its also extremely convenient that they accept credit. Would recommend to others.

Auto lane sprayed soap and nothing else. Had to pay extra in a manual lane to rinse it off. No attendant and listed number for assistance reached nobody.

Drive up, clean your car, drive away. Super simple and super easy.

Their work is very thorough and efficient. Car really feels clean when theyre done. i highly refer more and recommend customer to this place.

If you go here make sure to use cash only. Put in about about $4 to get a decent rinse, scrub, and another rinse. They dont print out receipts. I just checked my bank account and they charged $9 and $15 for my 2 recent washes. The quick rinse, scrub, and wash should not have costed more than $3-4.

Worst place to go to they charge your card $15 every single time even if your total was only $4. And they dont ever pick up the phone. Dont ever come here

It took forever to get the credit card reader to work. Minimal water pressure as well. Once I gave up on the crappy water pressure I tried to finish off the wash and left the place with soap all over my car. The money grabby control box did not tell me what I just paid for the service. It just said I used the service for slightly over 8 minutes. I looked at my bank account today and saw that they charged me $15. The biggest ripoff of any car wash anywhere that I have ever seen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to challenge the charge with my bank! And of course there is never anyone there to complain too!

Everything was going fine until I went to use the Tri-gloss setting. The hose had two rips in it. My hands are very blue now.I decided to go to the next bay with the rest of my quarters and the nozzle for the Tri-gloss was missing completely and barely sprayed anything out.I got pisses off and just switched to wax. Waxed the car and THEN the spotless rinse...It worked for maybe 30 seconds and then nothing would come out anymore.Terribly maintained location!

Worst Do-it-yourself ever. Dirty water coming out of gun. Left water spots all over vehicle. Suggested go somplace else if you care the slightest bit about your ride.

The worst car wash I have been to, the soap dispenser pretty much useless, very dirty bays, no hot water. Wish we had busy beed instead :-(

Tried this place out and watched my credit card, since others flagged issues there. Not sure if others just didnt realize it, but while the pending charge was $15 for a day or so, it ultimately only billed at the $3.50 I spent. Bays and all arent in the greatest shape, but for the price, it does the trick.

Charged me $15 when my total was $9.40. I dont know why.

I used my debit card to pay for the wash and my total was “$7.25” but about 30 minutes later it charged me 15$! On the display it said “press red button to finish transaction” I did so and it still charged me 15$, I give 2 stars because the wash materials were great but I wouldn’t recommend paying with card.
