So I brought my Camry here and I knew what my issue was from before. I told them and did the diagnostic test also. The mechanic and customer service were very rude and didn’t know how to deal with customers. Also, they didn’t know how to put a leak Detection pump into a car. I was highly disappointed and wasted 5 hours of my time. I would never bring my car or tell anyone to come here. This business is cheap and none of the workers know what they are doing. I am disappointed from this experience and they charged me 200 dollars. I won’t even be refunded.I also did my brakes and the next day I felt like there was some issue. I took it to better service company Firestone and they said these brakes are done. I told them that I had them replaced yesterday. I will give this a negative star. I advise people not to come here and waste your time.

Correctly diagnosed my front end noise as sway bar links and replaced same-day with quality parts at a fair price. Did not try to sell me additional unnecessary work.

Ive been going here since 2004 I believe. Great shop that doesnt stick you on pricing and Tony is very reasonable and highly experiences in this field. If its something I cant do I always take my vehicles here without any issues

I was trying to replace my brake pads and rotor when I realized the screws holding the rotor in place were warped. I made an appointment and T & V had the best estimate. I took it to the shop and offered to finish the rotor and brake pad job for me for only a bit more than they estimated. I was happy! I would return if needed.

Tony was incredible. I am from out of town and really needed a quick fix so I wouldn’t be stranded. He not only fixed the issue but found a couple more minor problems, which he fixed for free. The price was lower than expected as well. I couldn’t be happier that I picked this place.

Really appreciated that they didnt try to force me into anything. My mechanician told me what could wait to be done and even helped me decide what I could do myself based on my previous experience. Its rare for me to be treated with that kind of respect at an auto repair shop and I really appreciated it.

Ive been around the block quite a few times, automotive-wise, and find Tony to be one of the best wrenches Ive ever had the privilege of working with. Hes an excellent diagnostician and does fast and quality work. If I could give him 6-stars, I would (well, I guess I just did!!!!).

When I called to get an estimate the individual had zero social skills. It was tough to get a simple question answered. A business that answers there phone with yeah sounds very unprofessional, probably a good this that I didnt take my car there.

These guys are awesome mechanics with ethics and I highly recommend them to anyone within a 30miles radius. Ive traveled for repairs in Cicero, Romeoville, Villa Park, GlenDale Heights, Lombard, but this place has them all beat.If you want honest service, quality care, and unbeatable prices go see Tony and his staff at T & V!

Stay away from this business !! Complete scam.Tony (owner/manager of T&V Auto) agreed to repair/replace engine on my Toyota Corolla on Saturday (10/18/2014) when I met him. After I got my car towed to him from 50 miles away on Monday, he backed off on the agreed price. He first tried to fleece me of $50 that supposedly he paid to the tow truck company. He then asked for an extra $700 to fix the car - that too without any assurance / warrantyWhen I reminded him on the agreement, he decided to shout at me and would not return my car keys !! He then asked me to get out of his shop !! He pulled my car and left in middle of the road !!Another passer by had to help push my car to the parking lot. Completely reprehensible and disrespectful customer behavior. I was considering calling the police when he lunged at me with tools in his hand !! The passer by who helped me thought that Tony (T&V) was racially motivated and had worse experience with T&V auto as well

Horrible service. Although he looked at my car for cheaper (40$), my engine light was back on in 2 weeks. When I went back to get it looked at, he said he was busy for the rest of the week and couldnt look at it again. Came back the next week and he said the same thing. Even worse was his attitude, very rude.

Took my explorer in to have it fixed. He did an awesome job and did it quick. Will be going back there again
