These guys installed my SUV tires, did it in an afternoon and price matched them from a random online source, saving me a good amount of cash. Several weeks ago I ordered a set of 4 Continental Control Contact Sport SRS tires because I was told by the Bloomingdale salesman that the tires I wanted, Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06, were being discontinued and replaced with the former. However, last week I discovered this was not the case and I was upset about it. Looked at my receipt and saw it was actually over 60 days since install, but on Discount Tires website it said that if not satisfied they will make it right. Monday I called and spoke to Eric the Assistant Manager and he said I understand, sorry for the situation, and we will make it right and he said that the tires I wanted will be available on Tuesday. We set an appointment for the install on Wednesday, on Tuesday he called and confirmed the tires were in the store and ready for Wed. install. Just drove my car home and they are great and exactly what I wanted. This is what I call exceptional service. There will always be human error for anything of this nature, but it is how the mistake is handled. This is the true test of customer service and I am greatly pleased and totally satisfied. I only had to pay the difference in cost which came to $5.70. To top it off they had the new tires on in 35 minutes -- unbelievable. This is exactly the reason I have used Discount Tire for all my tires for the last 10 years and the Bloomingdale location for the last 5 years. GREAT JOB GUYS!

These people ( Bloomingdale branch) are not tire sale crazy (you know the type) as far as Im concerned. Easier to talk to than other branches plus they have fast efficient service.

I stopped in after one of my tires went flat overnight. Every single one of the staff members were extremely friendly, pleasant and professional. Despite how busy the place was, they took care of me very quickly by checking and refilling the air in all my tires except the flat. They performed a FREE flat repair (yes, I said free) and my car was ready in an hour! I havent experienced this kind of customer service in decades and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store. Special kudos to Erik for his professionalism.

I had four tires replaced here. The tires were replaced in a timely manner. The tires drive well. With regard to labor, I have no complaints. They do go hard on up-selling here which is good for business, but bad for people who don’t have common sense. I had the assistant manager Michael for service. After initially only wanting to get the front tires done because of cost, he quoted me a price for $1050 with four top of the line tires. I advocated for myself and he then found four mid-grade tires. I ended up paying only $600 with the tire protection program. I initially didn’t want the protection plan, but he talked me into it by saying he would pay for the protection of one tire if I paid for the other three. I got home, looked at the receipt, and found that I paid for the protection plan for all four tires. The bottom line is that this place is alright, but go in there knowing what you actually need.

Wish they wouldn’t change things that were clearly stated not to be changed and then charge you extra for it. I don’t ever leave reviews, but this was seriously something that bothered me and hope that future service would take into account.I went with my mom who doesn’t speak English very well. My dad has an account but was unable to make the trip himself at the time. I told them I only wanted to replace the tires of our mini van. Later, they called telling us there was another part that needed to be replaced eventually if not sooner than later and asked what we wanted to do with it. Because it wasn’t a completely urgent problem, I told them that they can leave it alone for now because I wanted to double check with my dad. I told them to only replace the tires. My mom returns later to pick up the car only to find that they went ahead and changed it anyway and charged her extra. Of course when my dad heard about it, he was extremely upset by that. Really disappointed with this service. It wasn’t my first time there, but may be my last. If you were going to ask us our opinion on it, wouldn’t it make sense to respect that instead of forcing us to pay extra money by changing the part that wasn’t in the initial payment and then charging us for it? Seems underhanded to me and lost my trust in this otherwise great company.

Terrible customer service. Had appointment showed up on time had to wait on people that had appointment and did not show up on time. National tire and battery next door was able to get me right in and at a cheaper price. You guys should reward people that show up on time with prompt service not give people who are late my 9 a.m. time, I made appointment for a reason.

I contacted Discount Tire in Bloomingdale regarding new tires for my car as my tire pressure light has been on for a while. I worked with Justin Anderson to pick out the right ones for my car while sticking within my budget. Justin gave me some great options and provided me with the exact amount it would cost me so there were no surprises. When I arrived for my appointment the staff greeted me immediately and started working on my car right away. I did have a sensor issue pop up as they were changing out my tires but they explained the issue in a way I could understand and were very reasonable with what options they provided me. All employees who were working on my car (I don’t remember everyone’s name but Bryce was one of them) communicated throughout the time I was there to constantly keep me informed on the status of my car and how long it was going to take. I am beyond happy with the service they provided me today and my car drives amazing!

Erik saved the day! I came in after they were supposed to close, but Erik still assisted me with my tire. It turns out the tire deflated because of a nail. He was very courteous and made me feel at ease. The repair was free, but I still purchased the certificate which covers any kind of service for the life of all the tires. The price was reasonable, so I went for it. I highly recommend this place.

The best!! . We have been going there for almost 20 years now. . We come frequently because we swap out summertime ultra high-performance tires with snow tires in the winter time. I brought my car to today for a tire pressure check because of low pressure after the first cold day of the season. Even with many other cars doing the same, they got to me quickly and their employee was very friendly and efficient, making an unplanned extra errand an easy experience.

First off I would give this location 10 stars if I could. From the start and discussing my needs with Jeff and having him inform me my options, very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything as needed. My actual installation time for 4 new tires was less then an hour, unbelievable these days to find something like this, I was very early and I could appreciate having to wait at other busy times, or at a more busy time of day. Adam was another great employee that explained an issue with my rims that I needed to be made aware of in the future. This particular location is very clean, well managed and very safety conscious from what I noticed too. Great service, and I highly recommend to all.

I bought all new tires and rims from them, they asked if I would like to keep a full size spare from my last set. I said yes.After everything was done I went home, put the full size spare in my garage and didn’t think anything of it.About a month later I needed to grab the jack from my car and I went to go get it and realized they took kept my normal “donut” spare without telling me.I called 2ce and both times a manager told me that they would get back to me within a week to see if I can get a replacement donut spare...and well that was 2-3 months ago.Would not recommend. Very poor communication on the fact that they were not going to keep my spare and after the fact and with managements lack of ability to actually do a follow up phone call ...apparently they already have my money so it doesn’t matter.

Justin went above and beyond to help me with my flat tire. They were able to loan me a tire so I could drive my car to their shop (I didnt have a spare) and they put on a brand new tire within a few hours. My car has a very specific tire size that stores dont keep in stock. I cannot thank them enough for all the help they gave me.

Purchased a brand new set of four tires ($450+) from Discount Tire less than a year ago. Find out the inside that the front set is completely worn down due to a misalignment. Brought my car into Discount Tire and they refused to replace my tires even though they came with a 55,000 mile warranty!! I was not made aware when I changed the tires that I had an alignment issue to begin with! How am I suppose to fix something if I don’t don’t something is wrong in the first place!!!Ended up spending $170 on two new tires and another $110 on the alignment. Horrible customer service and bad business practices. BUYER BEWARE!!!If you’re going to buy new tires you might as well go to a place with actual professional mechanics where they can also check the alignment and correct if necessary. I truly believe Discount Tire made the alignment to my car worse when changing out my tires 11 months ago.AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS AND SUPPORT LOCAL!!!

I was having a problem with finding a tire place. My mom called this discount tire and Adam answered the phone he was very helpful over the phone. So when I went in, he was waiting for me at the door with the notepad ready to go look at my car. And my mom told him she wanted me to call her when he told me more and he remembered that, most dont. So he told me hed look at my tires and when he comes back in well go over everything. So we went over everything and he even called her from his phone so he could explain everything to her,which I loved.he had amazing costumer service.

They really dont know how to manage their store or treat customers. Was there at opening (8 am). There were 4 other customers in the store and 4 guys maning the front desk. Two were on the phone selling tires while we stood around waiting. They had ordered 2 new rear tires for my Porsche worth $780, but after waiting 25 minutes just to drop off my car, I just said the hell with this and I left. I will never set foot in this place again. Took my business to Suburban Tire and had a great experience.

Ive been coming to this location for years now, and been countless times. Every single visit, the staff has been helpful, efficient and most of all extremely friendly. Work is generally done quickly, their prices on labor are reasonable and their price matching policy is good. I would not look to go anywhere else for tire work on my cars.

This is the only place Id go to get my tires looked at. Multiple times now, they have fixed my tires for free. The first time it was something another mechanic said that only tire specialists would fix. Discount tire charged me $0 to fix the vent rim. Second time I came in, I had something in my tire, they took it out and patched it for $0 again.Top notch service.

This last service I was made aware of a problem by Adam in service that I had a damaged right wheel stud that needed to be replaced. They called me to let me know my tires came in and I could come over for installation. When I arrived I asked how long it would take and was told 45 min. That was good because I needed to pick my wife up in an hour. 45 minutes later my car was still sitting in the lot. I brought it to their attention and was told I was the next on the list. I was planning to come back some other time but decided to wait. After my tires were installed I noticed 2 rims had been scratched or nicked. My take is that it was a hurry up job. Its my hobby car, a 350Z that had perfect silver 5 spoke wheels. The manager assured me someone would call about fixing them. A week went by, no call. I called and was told I would get a call back soon, no call. Ive had tires changed on fancy rims before at other places without a problem. Now Im sorry I went to this location.

DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!! I took both of my family’s vehicles to this location for summer/winter tire swaps over the course of 2 years, both vehicles became WAY out of alignment as a result of the unskilled labor they employ and of course, THEY DON’T PERFORM ALIGNMENTS! I then had to spend hundreds of dollars to have both vehicles realigned. Their discounted price on tires may be enticing, but you’ll pay exponentially for it down the road! Do not let them perform service on your vehicle and make the same mistake I did.
