I went in for a color and they took me in immediately and greeted me as I walked in. Barbara bleached my hair and then colored it red, while advising me of aftercare. She then blow dryed my hair and made me feel pampered. I love the customer service presented at this location . Definitely will be visiting again.

I went here on a Sunday. Yes they were busy but if they knew it’ll be busy on a weekend they should have hired more hair stylist. This lady cut my hair but she was rushing… I REALLY HATE THAT CAUSE THE OUTCOME WASN’T PLEASING OR OF MY LIKING. I do like Nancy but she wasn’t there when I went but I had to get my hair cut before the week.

I was not impressed. The stylist rushed and gave me a 5 minute haircut. It turned out fine, but customer service is just as important to me. She didnt even ask if I wanted a wash and blow-dry. She talked so fast I didnt feel like asking. I wanted to feel pampered but instead it felt like I was on a convayer belt. Ill be going elsewhere next time.

Barbara is a terrible hair stylist. She hacks your hair and is not gentle nor does she pay attention to detail. Had to correct her several times. Worst haircut I have ever gotten. Management knows about how poor she is at her job and promises to train employees up based on previous comments and had not done so. I will never come back. I should be refunded.Im response to your response, I already sent an email to that address with no reply or resolution, just customer left with bad haircut. Such a generic PR response provided by management a week+ later. Weak!

Worst haircut ever. There was only one lady and she was cutting my hair fast as if she had somewhere to go. I asked for a style listed on their website and she couldn’t even do it right. I asked for a lineup and she still managed to screw it up. I deserve a refund for my time and for the embarrassment of walking around with a haircut so low that the only way to fix it would be to get a buzzcut. Now I wasted just as much to buy a hat to cover up this atrocity.

I called ahead to see if there was a wait and was told no wait, come right over. I gave the names of my two children and drove there immediately. I was not acknowledged when I got there and multiple people were taken ahead of us. I left after 25 minutes when I still wasn’t acknowledged, they did not seem close to finishing the people they were with, I had no confidence we were next and my children were very hangry. I would have taken them for food first had I known it would be so long.Other Supercuts have better customer service.

Stay away from this place! I went in without reservation, was not greeted at all. Went up to the desk and told her I wanted a haircut. They took me in immediately which I found weird. Basically the lady was doing a mans hair color and during his process wanted to do my hair. She sat me in the chair and preparing to cut I told her please look at this picture this is what I want. The simplest cut! She asked layers, I said suppose?? NEVER ASK FOR LAYERS AT SUPERCUTS! She did not do it like the photo, the photo was short hair and she basically just trimmed my ends. Then I told her please look at the photo again I want it short. Then shes telling the guy with the hair color 5 more minutes. So she is rushing to get money out of me and not paying attention to the QUALITY of work she is doing. So then she chops it more off and leaves me with all this hair on me! I said could you please just blow dry the strands off. I wanted wash, style and she told me it would be $35 extra I said just do it but she told me shes too busy! I go home and after reviewing my hair its so messed up and uneven! The back still doesnt look like the photo. Going here is a big waste of time and money. I will never go to a supercuts ever again, might as well go to an ACTUAL salon where the hairdresser makes SURE her customers are happy and leave with a PROFESSIONAL hair cut!

A quick haircut, exactly what I wanted! The stylist gave me good tips and was not pushy about selling extra shampoos, etc. Everyone had masks and there wasnt a lot of people inside.

After years of getting hair cuts at the chain salons I finally found the young lady Ill be coming back to get cut from for a while, pleasant comfortable and safe experience all while my head looks better than it has in forever. Most stylists fear going near my beard but she was brave enough to at least offer if I wanted her to clean it up for me, then she faded it into my head with perfection. Her name was Nancy and I will absolutely be coming here every few weeks to clean up the mess on my head. Awesome job as long as Nancy is here, I will be coming in.

I went here to get my hair trimmed. The stylist made a rude comment to me about my hair and was more focused on talking to her friend than cutting my hair. I left before really looking at it. One side of my hair was about an inch shorter than the other. I went back to get it fixed and although it was fixed, they insisted that it wasnt true. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Saw Barbara for color since 2 wks before she suggested color and said when I go back to her she will give me a break. When I went for my color I asked how much it would cost. She $100 (exluding conditioner). I agreed to her price. At the end of service, the color alone was $110.75 (total bill $130.50 plus $25 tip). I told her that she told me $100 and her response was I said ABOUT $100)..LIAR! Not only did she not give me a break, she charged me MORE than she said told me! Do not go to her! She is not truthful and will rip you off. Furthermore, I walked out of salon with dye on my face which I noticed in my car. Did she not look at me before walking out? Like when I was Paying her?!! Never again!

Last week I received a cut and color from the very pleasant Gerry. After having many bad experiences at expensive salons, my cousin recommended her, and said that she had been going to Gerry for years. Well, I went, and sure enough Gerry did an outstanding job!!!! I love my color and my cut was perfect! Gerry also wasn’t pushy recommending products to me and seemed very honest. I will definitely pick them up on my next visit, since I am sooo pleased with my hair. Also, I can definitely say I trust her, and that integrity is paramount and makes a difference in where i want to shop (even if it’s just for hair products!)Thanks so much Gerry, I will see you in three weeks!!! ❤️

After an abysmal experience at the Supercuts on Valley Road (an extraordinarily long wait and no attention paid to the online appointment system - we left after 40 minutes of a wait that was likely going to be much longer), my daughter and I went to the Belleville location. The worst place. I went there today and I will never ever go there again. They were busy chatting. They totally messed up my hair. I don’t know what the heck happened. They are totally unprofessional and chatting all the time. The lady doesn’t even know how to blend the hair in the back. Her name was Cindy. Stay away. She gave me a 5 min cut. And rushing. Charged $19.

Been going there for maybe 20 years.Recently, my last two or three visits have resulted in:Bad haircuts, not what I wanted.Not having the person greet me or tell me how long. Nothing. Like I was a ghost. He conversation with another stylist was more important than speaking to me.Seeing how fast they could get me in and out of the chair.Im could be the longest steady customer in that store, yet, when Ive complained, Ive been offered nothing in the way of compensation or to at least fix the mistake.Im done there.

One of the most unprofessional and unskilled employees. Rushing simply because chatting with other customers. Used trimmer in the middle of the head because miss heard. Didnt even confirm. I had to hide my hire for more than a month. Outrageous!!!

Terrible haircut from Barbie. Avoid this stylist at all costs. Does not listen to instructions, does what she likes and then rudely tells you off instead of owning up to her mistake. Imagine the haircut when youre less than 5 mins on the chair. She was a butcher on the head. There are plenty of good barber shops around, no need to spoil your look with this shop. I was a regular customer until I got Barbie and it all changed. Not going there any more.

My first experience at this location was actually great. This past time however, was okay until I went to check out and was effectively forced to give a tip amount that they specified, and refused to let me put in any other amount, even canceling my transaction each time I attempted to put anything different. Not only is there no sign stating a mandatory tip percentage, but to force others, is also illegal. I will never go back to that location.

After being away from Supercuts for a while and then going back out of convenience, I suddenly realized why I left the first time. Made appt online, when I arrived 5 mins early, they kept asking whos next, whis next. After excessive waiting I finally said something and the lady who was clearly overwhelmed says, oh I called your name earlier- that was a blatant lie. I was sitting there the whole time. Then they finally put me in the chair, and gave me the quickest haircut I ever had. I asked to keep the length and I got a butcher cut. Nope Im done, back to a stylist who cares about their customer. You get what you pay for..

The older lady there doesnt know how to cut hair during the haircut she only cut half my head and said how is that? It was so uneven I paid and left cause I didnt want her to do any more damage.....shall we say give it up!

This place has two fantastic stylists, I would ask specifically for Cindy and Christ. Both knows exactly what they are doing and a cut above the rest of the staff at any Supercuts location.

The first time I came here the lady did not look happy to see me at all. I felt like she wanted me out of the place as fast as possible. The second time I had a different barber and she was very pleasant. The only problem was when I got home I noticed that she missed a bunch of long hairs on different parts of my head. I felt like her haircut was fast but not thorough.

Had a horrible experience with the new management, they made me to wait 15 mins for no reason and at the end done a horrible haircut.

Where do i even begin from the awful experience i just went through with this place. Actually, it was just from this lady named Barbara. Based on previous reviews, it sounds like Barbie, Brenda, and Barbara could be the same person. Anyway, after 5mins of waiting, this lady took me and my son and finished giving both of us haircuts within 10 minutes, literally. Not even exaggerating. I might even be being generous.I went first, she combed my hair ever so roughly and proceeded to spray it. She then asked how short the cut i wanted so i told her a couple of inches from my shoulder and she said ok. With my whole hair down, she started cutting from left to right. Just a straight snip. Literally 4 minutes later, she took off the haircut cloth and showed me the 3inches she chopped off on the floor. Then she called my son to sit in my spot. I was shocked, speechless. That was it? This never ever happened to me before. I was teling myself this is what i get for going to supercuts. What the hell just happened.She asked how i wanted my sons hair cut and i pointed at the kids next to us which is still having his haircut (mind you, this kid had been sitting there getting his hair cut since before we got there). She then started cutting. She finished my son in about the same time we spent waiting (a whopping 5 whole minutes!!). My sons hair ended up being so short and nothing like the other kid. Took all but 5mins for her to finish up for this rushed hircut. I went home and asked my husband to take a picture of my hair. It was awful. Thanks to Layla who fixed it after i called in to ask to get my hair fixed. This location isnt bad. But Barbara is THE WORST. From all the complaints, i dont know how shes still working there. Just a PSA, consumers beware! Ask for your stylists name first. And if you hear a name even sound like BARBARA, run! Run as far away as you can because your hair is about to be butchered! Might as well throw that $17 +tip, bc thats whats about to happen.

Went there for just a shampoo only. That was the quickiest and worst shampoo I ever had. I did not feel her fingers on my scalp at all. The whole shampoo and drying my hair with the towel took only 5mins. I came in and out within 7 mins and my hair was still very very dirty like it was never washed, especially the scalp!Also, price is ridiculous, shampoo is $7, blow-dry which only means drying off your hair without any styling costs $35. So, if you want shampoo plus blow-dry, the cost is $42!!!

I just got a wash and blow dry by Brenda. Very bad experience. I guess she didnt want to ruin the manicure on her long nails, so she pretty much just rubbed the shampoo and conditioner on my hair with her palms instead of actually using her fingers to get it onto my scalp. Ridiculous! During the blow dry she burned my scalp and ears at least 3 separate times. If I didnt move my head, I would have burn marks. She was too busy talking to Nancy and one of her other customers about the other hair stylist that was working, which was extremely unprofessional. Brenda stopped blow drying multiple times to hear what the other ladies were saying. Despite asking her to blow dry my hair so it curved in, Brenda dried it so some areas have curved in and some are just straight- looks ridiculous. Im currently finding someone ro help me fix it. So unhappy with this place. definately wont be back.
