Poor customer service. No PR skills. Made an appointment and I was running a little late because of the traffic in the construction by Sunray. I called Rueben to tell him that I was on my way. Needless to say when I arrived to his little Shop he told me that I was late and he refused to take me after or anytime. The thing that is upsetting to me is that he should have offered to take me after he completed his haircut jobs. Bloomfield is small town and I grew up in the 4 Corners so I know a lot of people here and related to many. I am willing to talk to Rueben in order to resolve this matter. Im not the person who will post a negative review and never try to make it right. Thanks
