I will call Hooked Up towing every time I have a towing issue in the twin cities. The super clean truck showed up pretty quickly considering it was a Saturday. The driver Dominic was very professional, and knew his way around a tow truck. All total from the time he got to my car, to when we started to drive away, was under 10 minutes. Very friendly, polite and courteous. I recommend this company to handle any towing needs you might have.P.s. If this guy isnt at the top of the pay scale, he should be. I would hire this kid in a second. As tow drivers go, he is top notch. He was prompt, clean (in work uniform, but not filthy like most tow drivers), his beard was trimmed, he was polite, forthcoming with the information I needed, took the most direct route to where I needed to go, and getting my challenger on, and off, his truck was easy as 123 for him. I was very pleased with the way he secured all four tires on my car, and it rode solid on the back of his truck all the way to the mechanic shop, where Dominic dropped the car into a fairly tight spot like a pro. 5 stars is not enough to express my pleasure in doing business with your company. I very rarely have a good experience when dealing with towing companies. This experience has renewed my confidence that there is at least one towing outfit in the Twin Cities that knows how to do it right, and isnt out to break your bank, just because youre in an emergency situation. Had my car towed with my roadside service and got connected to Hooked Up Towing. They came earlier then was projected which was nice. The driver was nice and made sure it got to where it needed to go. Got my car to the mechanic earlier to get it fixed. If I could use this company again with my roadside service I have AllState I would.

We had our pickup truck stuck in the mud on our dirtbike track in the middle of our property with no road access. The crew that came was incredibly friendly and professional. It was an enormous challenge to even get back to the site of the track and the location of our stuck vehicle. They troubleshooted the terrain, made it safely out there and was able to get our truck out. The crew did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them!!

I got off work and my truck wouldnt start. They were there quick, very professional and had me hooked up and on our way in just a couple mins. If anyone is ever in need of towing or anything like that, I highly recommend hooked up towing!!! Travis is the man!!

Hooked Up Towing picked up my car on the side of Hwy 65/Central in Blaine. The driver was pleasant on the phone, arrived when he said he would, was calm and efficient while I was stressed and overwhelmed, and by time we got to the destination, I had calmed down and had good conversation. This place works on the very edge of mn law. Here are the photos of the spot I parked and CLEARLY no signs visible that say no parking. They hide the sign when you first come in so you cant see it. Then Say well the residents should tell you you cant park there. Sadly that isnt how the law works the sign must be visible from the parking spot. They only accept cash and hold your car over night even though they towed it not even an hour ago. If the money I paid to this scum ball of a company wasnt so miniscule in Id file a case. But when someone does get fed up and does file here are pictures of where I parked.

Engine disabled on the highway, called this place and the person who I originally spoke with had his driver contact me within a few minutes. Driver was there ASAP. Very smooth and quick job hooking the car up. Extremely impressed with the service for a great price!! Hopefully I won’t need to get towed again but best believe this is the company I will be calling back if needed. Awesome job.

My situation is my fault and if that discredits me so be it. I got my information from the non emergency police line. My car got towed at an apartment building that I ha e a sticker to park in so I thought that I would be fine.My physical tabs on my car are expired, but they have been paid for months now, I was living in a different state and came back 1 week prior to this happening. But my new tabs were mailed to mn. With that being said and them being paid for and all I wasnt worried.Came outside one morning and my car was gone.Went to leasing office and was told she has no idea, what had happened.I called the company and was spoke with LynnLynn, Lynn, Lynn. Extremely unpleasant experience, which I guess can be expected from people in her line of work?But ended up calling police to see what I could do or should do. The cop told me that when towing a car for expired tabs the company has to call the police and run the tabs and file a report.They did file a report for towing my car, but they filed saying it was a private property tow instead of expired tabs. If they were to have done it as a expired tabs tow and ran my plate then they would have seen that it was paid for.I told the cop that it felt like false reporting and them just trying to get my car for quotas. I felt that he agreed.But as I spoke with the woman on the phone she ignored what I said about that tabs being paid for and just repeated to me that they expired in February over and over even going as far as to talk over me when introducing a new talking point. She told me I had to pay 300 dollars of a flat fee for the tow and when I asked for her to give me a break down of why 300. She just pointed to the paper and repeated what it said, which was clearly indicated on that receipt( which I was asking for clarification on).Just an overall very rude woman. She got snippy when I asked for her name for my notes and here is the whole reason it got as far as it did, causing me to make this very long post is-- she refused to wear a face mask. Even though its a mandated thing now.- extremely rude.- just made me feel like I was a lesser person.Also my cars bumper was coming off either from the tow or from the night before in my parking lot but given my personal bias I feel it was probably them.

These guys were awesome! Not sure of the womans name that I talked to at the office, she was very personable, helpful, and kind. Eric, the driver, was very professional and took great care in getting my truck on and off the flatbed. I couldnt have asked for a better towing experience. Will definitely add them to my contacts list for future needs.

Scheduled a motorcycle transport several days in advance and was assured they were equipped to tow a motorcycle safely.The transport truck arrived late for the appointment and was just a typical flat bed tow truck used for cars. None of the safety equipment you would expect for towing a motorcycle like a wheel chock for instance.This may be fine for getting out of an emergency situation or if you are hauling a wreck for metal recycle but hardly what you would expect for transporting a high end bike.If you have allot of coin tied up in your bike and need it transported keep looking.

Called Hooked Up Towing and right away spoke with the manager. Told him the situation and where I was and he gave me a very reasonable price for a tow. Jared called minutes later to give me an ETA. The receptionist hates her job and makes it obvious. She has a horrible attitude. We waited hours for the tow man and when we called to see how much longer the tow man will take she would give us attitude about it: She has no sympathy and Like I said, obviously hates her job. The tow man was nice though.

I parked in a posted visitor parking spot, signs around the appartment direct visitors to park in the east parking lot. Which is where I parked. The land lord and the tow company are insisting that i needed a parking pass which is not referenced on any signs posted, dated March 1st 2020 - stating that i should have known about this visitor pass because of a lease signed by someone else prior to March 1st 2020.

The customer service was amazing. Everything went very quickly and the employee was considerate and kind.

Jared helped me tow my car to Midas at 1 AM. Even at 1 AM, he was still full of energy and the whole hook up process only took about 2 mins! Jared was kind enough to also drop me off to my apartment which was just across the street, he said he will never let me walk in cold MN winter even though it was just a block away. I rode with him and there was no awkward silence through out the 9 mile trip, he was very friendly and gave me helpful information about insurance coverage. He also showed me how to drop off the keys to Midas and fill the form so that they can take care of my car. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism that he showed me for his service. Had to have a car towed twice in less than a week, both times I contacted Hooked Up Towing. Both times I had an excellent experience, even though I had to call on a Holiday. The staff on the phone was curteous, especially Lynn, and they drivers were very kind! They arrived on time both times and offered a more than fair rate. I dont think I will be using a different tow company from here on out, if I can help it!

Flyin Bryan does one of the most professional and courteous tow truck person that there is. He shows up on time Has a lot of knowledge about the vehicle when he gets there knowledgeable about what exactly it is that needs to be done when he gets there in general just a good quality person that you want showing up to help you with your trouble on your vehicle.

They refuse to listen to anything you say, claiming its just their job over and over as they tow your car from your lot.Maybe the job should include taking note of vehicles youre keeping an eye on for expired tabs and let the apartment management know BEFORE vehicles hit the point where you tow them. Seems like the more honest and honorable thing to do. It would give those residents a chance before you tow them from their residence and they find out when they try to leave for work, leaving them even more broke then they were before.I have no doubt that these people are great when your car breaks down or towing from an accident. However, they are sneaky and just looking to make as much money as they can off of low income residents by towing them from their homes the second they find a shred of cause. Thoroughly disappointed in their lack of understanding and cooperation in tough times.

I understand being contracted to tow non-permitted vehicles in certain lots, but to use those contracts as an excuse to scam people in low income neighborhoods? To make a profit off the impoverished? Thats pretty bad. $300 to tow me 4 miles? Heres to hoping I survive this month without the money for my medication and half of my meals!

I called hooked up towing when my car wouldnt start because of a dead battery. Within 5 minutes of calling them to ask them to jump start my car Jared the tow truck driver called me to let me know his ETA. When he arrived I got out of my car see what I needed to do. Right away he told me to go ahead and get back into my car to stay dry because it was raining. Within minutes he had my car started and had me on my way home. It took hooked up towing a total of about 45 minutes from the initial call to have me on my way home. I am very pleased with the service. Thank you Jared and hooked up for making this experience a lot more pleasant than it could have been.

My brother just moved into a new apartment, management gave him a guest pass and never informed him that there was a lot specified for guest parking on the very far side of the building from where his parking spaces are, upon entering the lot there is one sign that notes that there is authorized parking only and permits must be clearly displayed. I clearly displayed my permit in the window facing the lot with tape so it would be the first thing you see when you come up to the car, the towing company came and picked up my car 15 minutes after I went inside and when I went to pick it up and explain the fact that there was no notice of a specified guest parking lot and no signs specifying that guest parking is not allowed in the normal lot, the guy at the counter told me that there were 13 signs on the property which is a complete lie, I went directly back to the property and scouted out the entire place out and took a volley of pictures proving that what he said was untrue. He charged me $306 to take my car out and didnt listen to my explanation whatsoever. I will be calling both the tow truck company and the apartment building I was parked at to see if I can get the apartment building to refund me Towing costs because of very poor sign placement and lack of information to residents on proper parking procedures. Im sure this company is great for recovery but when it comes to working with people who have had their cars towed because of simple misunderstandings and lack of information, they are not helpful whatsoever.

My daughter recently gave a bad review and I wanna say it as out of frustration and anger. I have been in contact with Marty the owner and it is clear that he is a very understanding individual and is very passionate about his company. His employees were only doing there job and were unfairly judged by my daughter. We are currently working out our issues but from Marty taking his personal time after business hours to work things out I know we will come to an agreement that will work for both of us. They towed my car...when it was running. I was about a minute or 2 from leaving where I was at, allowing the car to warm up and they were unable to tell that it was running! I saw a vehicle pull in front of my vehicle from inside, I came outside as the front wheels were just being raised. I waved at the driver as I approached the passenger side window, he proceeded to take off supposedly not seeing me, though I was only 4 or 5 feet from the tow truck when he started driving. The following day I go to pick up my car, ITS STILL RUNNING!! $300 and a quarter tank of gas it cost me because these monkeys cant show any common sense that I was moving the vehicle soon, it didnt need to be taken. Souless shambling mind numbed predatory towers as far as Im concerned.Avoid these cretins at all costs.

I get allot of cars towed and i really appreciate what Eric did for me. I wasnt with the car for pick up and drop off my windows were stuck down no power etc. Instead of just dropping it eric to the time to call me and leave a voicemail telling me when he dropped it and where along with where he put my keys. I can tell he takes his job seriously and is a professional. Will highly recommend!!

My apartment complex recently hired them for towing cars without permits and not in visitor parking. However, in my lease it states that cars will be towed AFTER 10PM. They towed my gfs car at 8pm. Now have to pay $300 because they towed too early. SCAM!!
