I signed up in March 2021.And I also thought I had signed up for the drive wise program. When I spoke to Barry In mid April and asked him if I was signed up and he said yes it looks like it.Well my renewal came up 09/21and it went up $110. I asked why he said because I was not signed up for driveways..I said when I spoke to you in April you said that I was, he then gave me the number for driveways and I have spent countless Hours on the phone with them in three different conversations and have gotten nowhere. I don’t like giving bad reviews but this is cost me.And if you wanna make sure this does not happen do you double check anything your agent says!No service on either sides frustrating!🤦‍♀️

At the beginning of working with them they were phenomenal, however when it was about a month before renewal I was told that I couldnt get the renewal costs which made it harder to shop around to see if they still had the best rates. When it came time to pay in full I called to make the payment and twice it was pulled out of an old- closed account. Incurring $40, speaking with my current bank for them to tell me nothing was wrong, and then speaking with this office again to try and clarify why it was pulled from the wrong account and to see if it could be waived due to the miscommunication and I was told there was nothing that they could do. I wanted to go elsewhere since at this point almost half of the discount is lost however if I opted to do that I would have a lapse in coverage. Or I could pay for one month, which also resulted in loss of discount. I was hoping for more empathy from the person that I talked to, this has been frustrating for me instead she got agitated with me for being frustrated and ultimately Im stuck in an auto policy with them until 6 months pass and I can go else-where.

This is the kind of insurance agency that is a combination of the old school, caring, family agency your parents had, and an innovative, technology savvy agency that realizes life happens and values you as a customer. I could not feel more secure and I’m being totally honest. Many of my family members now use the Sniezek agency and feel the same way. I can’t place enough value on this, especially in today’s fast paced world. You truly are in good hands here!
