My Uram agent is super responsive. They have a policy that is written just for food trucks that really makes me feel secure. I require insurance documents to be sent to event coordinators before every major event. The Uram team sends these documents within the hour EVERY TIME! They are amazing. Last month I submitted a towing claim and a few days ago my agent emailed me just to check that everything had settled correctly. I was blown out of the water with this great service.
