Terrible Customer Service. Called to receive an estimate and I was greeted by a very rude part-owner (Donna Christian) of the business who refused to provide me an estimate without divulging confidential information about my business. She claimed that there was no way I would ever receive an estimate from any insurance provider without providing them with that information when there are plenty of insurance providers who have already provided us with an estimate based on the parameters we provided. Adding to that, there are plenty of modern companies who provide quick and easy estimates ONLINE without requiring confidential information about the business. This company has a long way to go and truly explains why the part-owner is answering the phone.
