Taylor has been amazing to work with. We had our first and only claim very recently after we became clients of his. He was very kind and quickly had our claim processed! He does a yearly review with us and makes sure we are up to date on all of our options without making us feel forced to buy anything we don’t want! He has helpful and knowledgeable staff as well! Rocio is always very kind and professional! So glad we switched!

I have had the pleasure to work with Trisha Phelps. Trish was able to provide more coverage for less. Cant beat that. :D Whenever I call or email her, she responds to me immediately (which is hard to find, these days).I feel better making the switch. When I got into an accident a few years back, my previous insurance company (Economy Preferred Insurance) was super slow at responding. They would not work through email (which was hard because I was often at work and they would work during business hours). Everything seemed to be a bit harder with the previous insurance company. It was the other persons fault, so I was also often working with their insurance company (which was American Family Insurance at the time) and they were easier to work with than Economy Preferred Insurance Co.So... 5 Stars for Trisha, 5 Stars for American Family, and 5 stars for the rate!!!

We have been with American family for 3 years, I called American to see if they would move me to another agent due to personal issues, and they moved me right away to to tyalor ball there office has been great to work with, they return my calls promptly and got my insurance right and with no fuss.This office has a great office staff who know what they are doing and are friendly and professional. I would recommend that every one at least give them a call to see what they can do for you what they have done for my wife and i.

Ive had this insurance company for several years. I was most impressed when i purchased a boat. They struggled at first with it due to it being a local company. New boat manufacture. So it came up as a custom boat. They didnt stop until they could get it covered.
