Convenient that they have a pickup service, but this leads to no communication. I left SIX voicemails over two months and did not get a single call back. I had to show up at the shop to get their attention. They guarantee their work but are not open to critique. Unhappy with the scratches and bubbles on my “old” 2014 car windows and the condition of my door panels when returned. “It’s just soapy water.” For a detail business I had higher expectations!

After waiting for 6 weeks for my appointment I was told just to drop my vehicle off in the morning And he will call when its done. I go there early in the morning to drop my vehicle off and he doesnt have a Dropbox I was expected to leave my brand new truck sitting off of expressway with the keys in it very unprofessional I do not recommend this place. Had I known that I was gonna go through this type of an experience I would have went with somebody else as I waited 6 weeks its to get my tint done.

Mr. Shepler was very professional, and provided a great detail to my vehicle.

Ive been taking both of my vehicles to Jeff for years. Ive had him do window tinting & inside/out detailing. The work they do is very pristine. My last visit there was April 14th. I took our pickup in for interior detailing. They detailed & sanitized the interior, then as an added bonus they washed the exterior as well.

Im very disappointed with the service I received here. When I set up my appointment and when I dropped off my 4runner I asked to make sure the under side of the truck was cleaned really good. Both times I told them, the associates I spoke with said No problem. I also said I didnt really care too much about the outside of the truck, just the underside and the interior.Today when inspecting the truck I found mud still under the truck. On the frame, under the rocker panels, in the wheel wells, transfer case was still covered and to top it off on the underside of the door in the interior. I wish I was able to post pictures here. Its quite infuriating.Im very displeased spending $300.00 for a detail, being ensured my requests would be taken care of and finding they were ignored completely - as in it doesnt look like they sprayed under the truck at all.The interior and exterior body was cleaned very well, but theres a heavy oily film on my floor mats.I would like a refund or be allowed to have my requests met at no extra charge.

Picked up vehicle bugs all over the front of the vehicle still missing a box of electronics for the DVD system ect. called back looking for the stuff and they had it absolutely the worst detail Ive ever had done when I brought it to there attention they did nock off $50 and they do not remove tree sap when getting a detail inside and out ive used them in the past and they did a good job

Jeff is a very nice guy. Very personable and charismatic. He did a fantastic job tinting my windows. Would highly recommend going to Jeff over any other competitors. Great service!

! ATTENTION TO DETAIL !(Now) I only take my cars and trucks (3 so far) to Perfection Plus for tint!!! I used to tint cars and I was very good and a perfectionist!! now that im older I just hire it out, and when you pay you expect quality work.I tried a couple other places that disgusted me with the quality of there work to the point i demanded it be redone and it was better but still not my level of quality.These guys at Perfection Plus Auto Detailing are the absolute best when it comes to auto tint!!

You guys did an incredible job on our vehicles! Very impressive! We will be bringing them back to you anytime we need any detailing.
