Oh my god! This is the worst place ever to get your eyebrows done! I have very dark thick eyebrows Almost like Arab eyebrows, so they usually are very easy to shape. They completely messed them up. never in my life before I have to pencil in my eyebrows but now I do because they are that bad. They are so thin! I even showed her a pic of what I want my eyebrows to look like so she won’t mess them up and she still did. Worst of all my left eyebrows is different than my right eyebrow. I’ve never ever had this bad experience getting my eyebrows done. Trust me go to a different place even if you have to wait.

It was a speedy cut with no patience from the staff. the fine comb went through my hair vigorously. It was a bit painful. And snip snip snip, she asked, is that enough? I had to check to see if the sides were even, she didnt bother. The price is likely reflective of being in a mall, but was steep for five minutes in a chair.

Love coming here and always get my hair done by the girl with the awesome purple hair! Shes always so sweet and takes her time with me. She makes me feel like family. Would recommend this place to anyone and I have.

I have been going to MasterCuts for two years now. Heather K. does a fantastic job. She is quick and courteous and always ensures I am treated like a VIP.

I came in there around 6pm. They close at 9pm. I walk in and there are three people that were in the place, only ONE was trimming a guys hair. My mother asked if they had time to dye my hair, they said “no, maybe tomorrow, we don’t have enough time today”. They refused to take me while the other two workers were just doing nothing. Just so you know, you lost a 50% tip. So much for taking care of customers. If I could’ve given you zero stars, you definitely would’ve got it.

Heather K is the one you need to see for your haircut, waxing, or coloring. She keeps my eyebrows on fleek yo. My sister goes to her for her hair coloring/cut and styling. Fast, knowledgable, friendly always on top of her game. Ask for her, tip her well, because she kills it every time.

Just like any other haircut place.. you just got to have the right hair stylist. And show up there in the right time. And they dont have any problem helping you or giving you a haircut.

I came in for a super simple hair cut.Zero on the sides and fade up.Trim on top.Thats it.Came back to hotel room and started noticing small things... Then a bigger mistake and my longer hair on top is just cut so weird and it wont fall correct on my head. I literally just comb it to the side and now it sits odd.Im going to have to get another cut to correct the mistakes.Im not from here, were just passing through so its not in the cards for me to go back to this location and ask them to do it... But i literally wouldnt do that to myself either...I just want everyone to know that this happened and hopefully prevent the hassle from happening to someone else.Oh yes, USUALLY at a salon/barber shop the hairdresser brushes you off or blow drys the tiny hairs .... BUT NO NOTHING.I was super tired and just needed to get it done and just let it happen, paid and now Im paying the price of not paying attention.😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒Super dissappointed.

What a nasty place.The attitude - the rudeness of the so-called Employ name Amber.I wanted my haircut shorter and she just said NO. IF She doesnt want to work its no my problem.Amber if you are an underpay or have any personal problem, Just do every paying customer a favor ” stay home”$26 for hair cut and you cant get what you want.What a low life she is.Dont go to this place.Stay away from Amber.

These people gave me the worst haircut i have ever gotten. Never go here if you want a good haircut. Its also 30 dollars for the most simple cut. The lady with the awful purple hair gave me the cut and she should not even be qualified to be a hair stylist. Never go here.

I got a perm there 3 weeks ago and i have no curl left in my hair and they only have a 2 week policy on perms! I suggest not going there, unexperienced hair stylists!!

Horrible haircut. The lady seemed like she was in a rush, took only 10 minutes to wash and cut the hair combined. No fade eas done, missed spots in my hair, going to have to get it redone. Didnt offer my wife a seat. Horrible attitude. Dont go there.

Walked in with my 3 year old son at 6:10pm feb 7th. No customers were in salon. Lady wouldnt cut his hair because they close at 7pm. 50 minutes seems like enough time to do a quick cut and sweep up but what do i know? Lazy business.

Just called to set up an appointment, the girl on the phone had a unnecessary rude tone in her voice and was very short with me. Hope shes not going to be the one cutting my hair!!

They buchered my boyfriends hair. They left random spots of long hair and nicked his hair badly.
