I was told a hair cut and color was going to be $50. Cost me $80. Plus tip. I will never do that again. Last time it cost me $60 at a different location . So if your going to cost cutters might wanna double check on pricing. Ill be searching elsewhere from now on for hair cuts, including my whole family. To bad.

I have been a customer for years. I have enjoyed the rewards program that issued coupons upon points received. I contacted the home office regarding no longer receiving these rewards, and they said that that the North Cost Cutters no longer participates in this reward program. And I was supposed to contact the manager of the salon I use. Im wondering why the rewards program was discontinued and if it will be re-instated some time soon.

In and out SUPER EASY, REALLY NICE STYLIST took care of my Daughters hair and did such a nice job!!

My experience was great. Showed up before appointment and was taken care of immediately.

I was just a this location and had a hair cut. I asked for back and sides to be cut short and the top be long . Very simple. First I was given a fade on sides and back. I didnt ask for a fade. Its also uneven and there little patches of longer hair behind my ears. I tried call to the manager about it but was put on hold and then hung up on. I cant believe I paid for this train wreck of a haircut. So now I will be forced to shave my head to just even things out. Thanks cost cutters for wasting my money on a place I thought knew how to do there job. Have a nice day

The manager at this location (Hannah) is one of the autism service ladys that work at Poppys promise. she is a hard worker and is a amazing hair stylist. no matter what I trust her to do my hair. She and her co-workers listen to what you have to say anything you talk about and like to give their input on things. they are amazing💜💜💜💜

Good place for a haircut or colors, perms if you so choose. Ive been a customer for many yrs and choose to come here for convenience of scheduling, location and friendly, knowledgeable, staff.

I went and got my hair done by Alyssa and she did not make any conversation with me and I felt uncomfortable sitting in silence. She cut my hair while it was still dry which I do not understand. When I did my deep conditioning I was only under there for half of the time I was suppose to be. She left parts of my hair uncurled while curling my hair. She took 45 minutes to curl my whole head and still didn’t even get all of the hair on my head curled. Will not be returning to her again.
