They messed my window up, took it back to them for only the guy to say he didnt mess it up, took to dealership and had them to talk to tint place and describe in detail what they did wrong. Now waiting for paperwork from dealership on all thats wrong.

They got me in & out as agreed!! Theyve tinted 3 cars & an SUV for me. No problem with the tint. I highly recommend ceramic tint. It preserves your interior as well as block more heat.

Guy raised the price for front strip to 40 dollars, felt like he cheated me because the tint he put on my other bigger truck 2 years ago was cheaper.

Fast, I’m formative, and help me get the shade I needed! I was greeted by one of the installers but the other kept quiet.No one was rude .My mom also got her car done there with no problems.So far so good !

Went to get my driver side window re-layed. Was told that I needed to come back Mon - Thurs. But they close at 5:00. Im not about to leave work early to come back when Im here now. Then he said that he would go ahead and do it but if someone came in while he was working on my car, he would stop & go and do theirs. Theyre paying $180.00 vs. my $40.00. I dont think so...I work just as hard for my money as they do. I deserve the same level of respect as the next person, irregardless of what service Im paying for. Needless to say, they will never get another dime of my money. The dude working there was really rude & unprofessional.

This place is ran by racist people who really just want your money. Theyve done work for me and I wasnt satisfied and when I brought my vehicle back to the he said my widows looked that way because of the way my vehicle made. I took it to another shop and the guys laughed the fixed me up and they were so nice ( Tinton Pro) Ive watched the owner make racist remarks to African Americans while being there as well I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE PERIOD!!!

Customer service is horrible. Called in to get a simple quote. Representative didn’t give his name. He answered the phone rude. Can’t believe that the business is still open. I would not recommend them to ANYONE!!!!

The person working there was unnecessarily rude. When I asked about the shades of tint he only said I can get you legal or illegal. Now I understand that tint comes in various shades so there are more than 2 options. I wasnt able to see any examples or anything to make a decision so I just left. If everyone is treated this way Im sure theyll be out of business soon...

Customer service could be better.

Tint plus on the Parkway is super slow. The tech Peanut, is rude af, uninformative and unprofessional. They tell you one price over the phone and another in person. Showed me an example of what percentage of tint I was purchasing and the finished product was so much lighter. Complained about it and was told I would have to pay an additional $100 to the $197 to the have it removed. Dont do business with these crooks.

Bottom line.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR TINT. These are the most unprofessional useless people in business ive ever met. I dont know who the new owner is but things have gone drastically down
