Did amazing job on my car. Tinted sides and back in under 2hrs while I waited doing some work. Had no bubbles or large air pockets. Will go back to do the front at some point.

Great experience with this business. Good price and they did a very good job on my tint. The employees are laid back yet very professional. Before starting your car they show a chart with the different types of tint to see which one would better fit your needs. I did appreciate that he didnt try to sell me the most expensive one. He just explained and let you pick..(hassle-free). Didnt wait to long but there was a waiting room with beverages and t.v.......I highly recommend Exquisite Car Design for your tinting needs.

Great window tinting work. Jack was absolutely great to work with. I didn’t catch the other guy’s name, but he was sure to let me know that I could enjoy Netflix and complimentary beverages while I waited. I’ll define be bringing my vehicle back for other services.

I would give them six stars if that were possible. From my first interaction on the phone until the finishing touches at the end, this was an incredible experience.The employees are very professional. The waiting are has coffee, soft drinks, and water. There is also a television with lots of options for while you wait.The employees were friendly and helpful explaining the entire process. There was not pushy upsell. They were ready at my appointment time and they finished on time.

I got my 2021 Black Nissan Sentras Windows tinted today and these guys did a fantastic job. He explained the different tints and was not pushy at all. I was more than please with the service and customer service..Highly Recommend!!

The installers were very knowledgeable about their product. They did not push you to the most expensive film, rather suggested the film that was right for you and your vehicle, regardless of price. The waiting area was comfortable and you can observe the installation process while you wait. The installation was flawless. No complaints. Job well done. Keep up the good work!

Enjoyed my service here. Made a phone call first they were very professional and polite! Did not have to wait on someone to answer! Information given was direct and did not change when I arrived! I received 3 notifications prior to arriving which I loved! And as soon as I got there I did not have to wait everyone was polite and the waiting area was nice for me and my daughter to wait in. Extremely knowledgeable about window tint and heat control. Explained all my options and were very friendly. Their waiting area was clean and pleasant with a variety of drinks. ZERO competition! I called a few places and the prices were far higher than what Jack provides. Also a wide collection of negative reviews at those “other places” led me to reach out to Jack and his crew. A couple of hours later and I had my brand new car tinted how I wanted. Perfect. Absolutely perfect. All my friends will know where I went.

I have brought two of my vehicles here and every time the service has been amazing. Everyone that works here is extremely professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and made me comfortable with the tint I chose. They have a great waiting room complete with complimentary coffee or drinks, comfortable leather couches and streaming service. Their prices are fair and the quality of work is near perfect. Jack was great from the first call till the job was done. I had him tint my Chevy Silverado and my wifes GMC Yukon. They were fast as promised, but the quality was also excellent. They kept me informed the whole time, and never tried to upsell me. I also had them do the badging and taillights on my truck. These guys did an amazing job on my truck. I got 15% ceramic tint all the way around and couldn’t be happier. They were all super nice. One additional perk of Exquisite is that they have an area for you to sit and wait on your car to be tinted that is super comfortable and includes a TV, drinks, and coffee. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. 0 bubbles in the tint and it tint goes right up to the edge of the window. I can’t wait to go back to get my windshield tinted.

They did such a great job that my cousin brought 2 of his cars to ECD to get tinted, and as usual, fantastic job.I picked my car up today after getting a ceramic coating on it. It honestly blew me away how amazing my car looked. It was showroom quality good. Jack also modestly said Oh we cleaned up the inside a little.I wouldve paid someone at least $150 to do the amazing job they did inside my car.Hands down best place in town. Dont hesitate. ECD is top notch.

I have always had my windows tinted on every car I’ve owned. I have always gone with another company here in town, but they were unable to get me in for 2 weeks and with poor appointment times. I called Exquisite and was greeted by Jack (owner) who was a pleasure to speak with and was not pushy. Very polite and professional. I went with them to complete my tint after hearing that Hunter (tinter) had been doing this for many years. The work was done flawlessly, and they are great people. I will send people here in the future.

Went out on a limb trying out this young business, but I will say I was blown away. Not only did the technician have outstanding customer service but the pride he took in his work with my vehicle is very scarce these days. Just to add to the outstanding work and customer service, the waiting area is first class, modern, and extremely comfortable if you choose to wait on your car to get done. Exquisite has my full business and my referral as long as I am living close enough to get to them.

Worst service ever! I was quoted a certain price one day and when I went in to get the service, he changed the price and said that’s the only price that he could do . Then after I reminded him of the price he said he quoted me and told him of another tint service down the street, that would do the same job for about 50 bucks cheaper, he then tells me that I can’t get my deposit refunded. So he goes on and tell me that he can finally do it for the price that he quoted me. Why would he change the price? So then as I get service, my car is dead and won’t crank. I go in and he tells me that I had a bad battery, but the car has never did that and I just bought it three days ago. Now he tells me that I had a bad battery! My car won’t crank and he said it’s not his problem that my car won’t crank! Basically I had no problems until I brought my car here. Now I have to be responsible for getting it cranked up again and a new battery. I don’t understand what he did, but this is the worst service ever! If you want to be lied to and prices switched up on you or even come back to a dead car with no ownership of causing the problem then come here! To me this is ABSOLUTELY BAD BUSINESS AND I HATE I EVER BROUGHT MY CAR HERE!!!!!

HARD LUCKJack and Hunter are great guys, nice waiting area and I believe 99/100 times theyd do a great job (thus the reviews).However, even after a 2nd trip, I still have a few bubbles on a couple of windows.I was really looking forward to a clean result!Now Im having second thoughts about getting the AIR clear tint on front windshield and a roofwrap itself.(Also, had a Groupon coupon which was pretty misleading and there was some confusion regarding the discount. But Jack did offer me a fair deal)

Had these guys tint my 1996 f150 and you good not ask for better.i was in Birmingham having a kidney transplant these guys came and got my truck tinted it and brought it back the next vehicle I have done bi will drive the 75 miles back down here to have them do it you could not ask for better it looks factory and they are very reasonable thank you guys for all you done for us.
