This is the worst uhaul ever if your late they will call you n threaten to cal the police on you n i didnt even have the truck but 12 hours or so n cuss you out n hang up on you do not come here they need to be shut down

If you need Propane, DO NOT GO HERE! Do yourself a favor and drive further and in ANY direction to get it elsewhere!This place either will not have Propane or they dont have anyone Certified to fill your tanks. Of all the people that work there they have 1 person qualified to fill tanks. And good luck trying to guess when that person works!Ive been caught several times sitting there with empty tanks and drove away with Empty tanks!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!And East Lake UHaul is Just as bad!

Terrible! Over charged my card by $70.00. Company stated I drove over 100 miles in less than an hour, refunded the money only for me to look up and a week later Uhaul hit my account for another $92.11 when my charge should have been less than $30.00. NO! I do not recommend this company to anyone... NOT TO MENTION THIS IS MY 2ND TIME WITH THIS ISSUE... 1st time happened 2years ago... they even looked that up so “the company” say....

I will give this place a 2 star. My mom has been trying for MONTHS to get some propane from this place. But like ALWAYS Yhe person that’s certified licensed to operate the propane tank NEVER there. We called Customer Service and was told the time and day that someone would be there. And guess what? Yup! You guessed it! NO SHOW! Place and Employees are horrible. Just say You DON’T want to help customers out. Especially when it requires you to bend and actually do Work.

The general manager here is rude!!!!On top of that she pretty much blurted out the customer that was in front on me information out. Who knows if that customer felt embarrassed about what was mentioned. Absolutely no customer service skills here. I ended up not renting just because how rude she was.

Rented a trailer. It seemed like everything that could go wrong did. The trailer broke down (out of town). Uhauls computer systems were down. Spent hours on phone with their Roadside Assistance trying to resolve it. Had to drop the trailer at an authorized service center - same day as pickup after hours. Then, the office screwed up the return. They charged me for 2 days!!! Another 1/2 hour on phone with customer service to resolve it. Not a good operation. Not customer oriented. Avoid this location.

DONT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! Charged my husband and I $500 for damage that was already there. When we noticed it we took pictures. The General manager hung up in my face twice. I would give this place negative 5 stars if it was an option.

Staff mad a big deal that there were love bugs on the truck. Said it like I was causing them a lot of work for them to clean them off. Like I can dodge love bugs on the highway!

Awful experience. Had a dolly reserved and showed up to no dolly. They Said it was still on rent so now I am 3 hours away from home with 2 vehicles and myself and no dolly. The worker was helping the best he could but manager wouldn’t answer his phone. Finally after waiting for 4 hours the dolly was returned and I was on my way. Filed a complaint and expected a refund and manager has yet to call me.

I waited there for 3 hours The customer service there was terrible. The rental staff had a terrible attitude. I havmd a reservation for 11:30 but the rental staff argued with me saying my reservation was for 2:30pm when I had confirmation for 11:30. It took another customer to convince them that the same thing happened to her and that her reservation was messed up as well. They finally got me a truck and after I returned it to them on a full tank the rental staff came up to me and put the key in my face and said rudely are you going to full up the gas tank. I told him it was full and he insisted it wasnt. He didnt even look so I went outside took a picture of the tank on full and showed him it was a full tank he clearly didnt look at the gas meter. Because they were so rude I will never rent anything from them again!!!

They suck we had reservation for 11:00 called 30 mins before it was time to pick up truck said everything was ready waited an hour and a half they didnt have the truck we reserved tried to give us a bigger truck instead but they couldnt do that either cause that truck needed repairs ended up calling and going to a different uhaul ourselves with no help from the staff at this uhaul worst experience ever would not recommend this uhaul to anyone dont waste your time.

Tried to reserve an auto transport trailer. Waited an hour for them to help where they promptly refused to rent to me because I could not tow it with my “1998 Ford F-150 regular cab, short bed, 2WD”. I reserved the trailer with my “1998 Ford Econoline E-150”. Sad that people in the business of renting vehicles can’t tell the difference between a pick-up and a full-size van, especially when it takes an hour of waiting to hear that. Very disappointed as it made me miss the appointment I had to pick up the vehicle that is going to be transported. It makes me look bad with the seller, which I don’t appreciate, especially since I am from Chicago and drove all the way to Birmingham.

Been trying to reserve a truck for an hour and cant get anyone on the phone. Wouldnt expect anything different from this side of town

They normally have everything you need to assist you in moving, however most make the mistake of not planning ahead, so my best advice is make sure you plan ahead so you can be better assisted

Good service truck was junk vibrated broke my mirror other than that it was good.

The customer service representative was extremely rude and unprofessional in how he handled my reservation being delayed.

They had 3 people and were certified in filling a propane tank
