Untrustworthy. Will tell you its there and then send you on a wild goose chase. Just get a metro truck. They will actually get you what they say they will.

They will mislead you as to where your rental truck is located and then force you to return to whatever location they made you go to even though it wont be the same location you reserved your truck at and they will make sure its an extremely long way from where ever you selected to pick the truck up from . They will charge you extra has milage from this and also make it an extreme hassle for their customers.

I called 2 times before coming and waited 15 mins with no answer. I only had a question about how many passengers a cargo van can hold. I decided to stop by the location. No one at the desk. Called a number that was left, it went straight to voicemail 3 times. Found a card for the manager. I called the office and the managers cell phone. No answer. Waited for a while. An amazon delivery driver came and got tired of waiting so he left the package on the desk. A worker from a moving company came, got tired of waiting and left. Eventually I left as well. Both doors to the store were open. Someone could have came and taken items. It was pretty ridiculous.

Called ahead of time with a reservatuon, the man we spoke with told us he had the exact thing we needed. Which was perfect; however we get there and get through the entire rental process, pull our vehicle over and its not the right thing. Keep in mind the whole time we were told and thought it was the correct thing. Its hot outside, the customer service from the manger was incredible; she did help us greatly by finding another location close by that had what we needed and even double checked to make sure we didnt waste our time. Props to the beautiful and amazing manger on duty that day, Id release her name but I dont wanna give out her privacy. It would be amazing if the other employees would step on her level!

We had an in-town move for one of our daughters and rented a 10 truck. HINT: the truck is the same price as the trailer plus mileage. Pay a little more for a lot less hassle. We got in and out really quickly with no problems. The gent who assisted us was very nice. IF you are coming back down the mountain to return your rental, just pay attention. If you miss the entrance at the Chevron its quite a task to get back out on 280. Good experience. I hate moving but will use again if needed.

Love the customer service, that GM is one of the sweetest person around, she has the bestCustomer service ever.. She made me believeI got the best deal in town and she kept her word of all the changes she told me( that means a lot).... vary nice....

I ordered a truck on line a week before I was to pick it up requesting two days. After receiving a confirmation two days prior to pick I received a call just hours before the pick up and the agent stated that I would have to have the truck back by the next day. That is bad business. Thankfully after I had to call around and find another one a helpful gentleman was able to get me a truck for the time needed although it meant driving further than I wanted to. What could they have done better? How about finding a truck for me and getting it at the location where I needed to pick it up. You really do get what you pay for. I have used other truck providers before and while they cost more, the customer service is better and they made accommodations when the mistake was made on their end. If you have a truck being rented for two days why would risk someone canceling a sure thing to make it available for someone else in the future? Doesnt make sense to me and definitely not the way to operate a business.

Friendly service, pretty easy to get things done there. Location is great for the Birmingham Area.

We have rented trucks from here several times to pick up or deliver furniture. Good service. The trucks were in good condition. I would rent from this uhaul store again. Very good experience everytime we have used them. They also sell boxes and moving items, you can rent other items you may need. Its an easy location to find, right on The highway 31

All of the employees are extremely helpful and very friendly. They cary you box purchases to you vehicle. They go above and beyond to make sure you are completely taken care of.

Guys are awesome. Helpful with getting supplies needed for individual basis.

My experience at this Uhaul was great. The ladies there took the time on 2 separate occasions to figure out how to load a bunch of stuff into my MINI Cooper...no small feat! Thanks Cassandra!
