The worst place ever!!! I brought a part to be worked on. I came by to pick up my part and they were closed during normal business hours. Not only were they closed at 10:42 am on a Thursday. They said they would not be open again until next Tuesday. I will have to purchase a part because Superior Mower will not be open when they say they are supposed to be open.

After the owner notified us that he would take up to 3 weeks to repair our saw, we decided that the wait time was too long. We went back to pick up the saw. He charged us $5 which he stated was for the cost of writing up the ticket (are we paying for the book of tickets). There are no signs displayed in this shop that reflects this charge nor did he tell us of this charge upon leaving the saw. Not only is this a bad business practice, it is also unethical to charge customer fees that is not posted or not nforming the customer.

The owner is very knowledgeable about things he works on, its just he doesnt have control over the places he orders from.
