Beware!I was looking for a new marketing strategy for 2021 and saw the services provided by WhiteGlove. It is a high cost per webinar attendee but I figured it would be worth it if they could bring in individuals from the high net worth zip codes I asked them to target. In summary, they only delivered TWO attendees out of 18 that were in my eight target zip codes. I even got some attendees that were hours away.Their service and process from start to finish is really quite good. But the end product, delivering good prospects, falls flat. Almost all of the risk falls on the clients shoulders and WhiteGlove does not have any accountability for quality attendees, they are paid as long as they get people to attend.When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality and location of attendees, WhiteGlove said I should have asked them to exclude certain zip codes. Why should I exclude zip codes if I am only targeting 8 of them?! I asked for a refund or for them to run it again for free to make it right. They denied both requests but asked me to pay to have it done again. What a joke.Instead of using WhiteGlove, buy the presentation content from Horsesmouth, record the webinar ahead of time, and market the webinar yourself on Facebook and LinkedIn. At the end of the day they are just charging a major premium for doing the social media marketing. You can figure out how to do that yourself for a MUCH lower cost.Expensive lesson learned, but I now know how to market and produce webinars myself.Also note many of their five star reviews are from employees or vendors.

The company we ordered our chair from had problems getting ahold of White Glove. When we finally talked to someone, we scheduled for last Friday between 2-6pm for delivery. They were no call no shows last Friday. We called again and they supposed to be here today Wednesday May 5th between 9-1pm. Called at 12:15pm to see where they were. They then changed the appointment from 1-2pm Said they would call 30 minutes before they arrived. At 2pm no one had called no one is here. Then less than 30 minutes after the last phone call they finally arrived. With no phone call letting us they were coming. The two delivery men were very rude, angry, and kept trying to rush us to finish up and sign. However we had to move things first and that would have been done if they had called ahead of time like they are supposed to do. Overall they were very unprofessional. We have always been very happy with White Glove service until this current experience.

Great company helping educate the community about a variety of financial subjects. Their customer service is impressive! I have the privilege of working with Jaclyn in the organization and she is amazing. Great company that helps people and has helped my business drastically!

Finally, somebody had come up with a system that puts qualified leads in my workshops. We have had 4 seminars and we are very happy with the results. Once you set up what your firm needs, it is totally automatic. They do all the marketing, confirmation calls and establish the relationship with the venue. All you have to do is be prepared and put on your best game. Highly recommend!!

We ran two seminars, spending $12,000 and the leads were not qualified. I had several attendees come in for a meeting that were literally broke. Others with net worths of less than $50K. We did have a lot of appointments but a total waste of time. I would not recommend any financial advisors spend this kind of money for the value we received. We have selected a new seminar/ social media firm who is totally transparent unlike White Glove and less expensive.
