While in Ace Hardware in Pell City an Averitt Express driver blocked me in the parking space I told him that I had to go because I was just coming back from the dr with my sick, 77 year old Mother with Dementia needed to get home in the bed, he told me I had to wait. So, obviously he thinks his delivery was more important than my Moms health. Called the Home office in Birmingham. A big waste of time. They care just as much as their drivers.

Every night when I am going home one of the employees will flicker their lights and then bright light me causing me to run off the road. My lights are always on low because I have respect for others on the road. Please speak to your employees about road safety

They have a decent crew of mechanics, some of the staff arent friendly... and you have to be careful coming here because they built it around residential area. Drivers the main exit to use is AL 79 Tallapoosa st. Turn on East lake blvd DO NOT MAKE A TURN UNTIL BIRMINGHAM ST!!!!!!!!

Very nice people but the super bad waiting time arrives a day before the delivery time 2:00 pm the day before they did not download me, I returned the next day at 8:00 am and they took me the trailer to download at 11: 00 am and its 1:22 pm and they still havent finished this is horrible
