We purchased a brand new Husqvarna riding lawn mower from Lowes, but did not have the drive belt attached (although the belt came with it). My husband called the Husqvarna warranty number and they recommended Accurate Tool Sharpening for repair. When it was dropped off the odometer had zero miles on it, and the blades were clean due to not being used. After my husband picked it up (they were getting ready to close) and brought it home he realized it had scratches, grass under the blades, and 30.5 minutes of use. You do the math! My husband called Accurate to speak with the repairman and no results. He then called Husqvarna, and they suggested we take the matter up with the company. My husband has tried on several occasions (2 weeks) to contact the facility for an explanation, but to no avail. Due to the grass getting out of control we needed to use it, but we have before and after pictures for presentation. It is very sad to believe we were not the first to cut our grass with our new mower. I would not recommend taking a new riding lawn mower for putting the belt on. Take it somewhere else, or try doing it yourself. If we are contacted and some type of resolution is offered or explanation is given, I will make an addendum to this post of the outcome. :(.Update: My apologies that it has been a year later. My husband never received an explanation nor resolution for the 30 miles put on our lawnmower (I inadvertently typed 30 minutes in the previous post). My only hope is that this post brought awareness of the unprofessional business practices of this company and that things would change or the potential customers are made aware of changes that need to be made. Thank you for reading.
Very dependable and good customer service
Great work! If hes pricey its well worth it.. then another fact hes got a female that works on stuff hell some men cant even fix cars lol .. great job!!
I took an old Dolmar 309 Concrete Saw here because it will not run. I was charged $25 for analysis of the problem. I believe they just took the $25 and never looked at the Saw. When i took it apart to work on it myself, there was crud and dirt on all of the screws, and it did not appear to have been taken apart recently or the dirt and such would have been disturbed.
Pricey but its. OK
