This is the best laundry place I have ever been to and updated to use a card for machines rather than actual money.

I love they washers is so convenient not costly is always clean

The Hollywood Laundry on Bessemer Rd has some of the best washers and dryers around. The staff is always friendly and the location never stays dirty. The last comment is a rare feat for a laundromat on a busy street. I have been a faithful customer of Hollywood Laundry for 5 years or so and am never dissatisfied with my experience. I love them and hope you will do the same after visiting 😊

This place has a pay card process for the washers and dryers. Its in a great location and has plenty of machines.

Its nice that its open 24hrs but if its packed and everyone trying to wash clothes, you better get there early or do it late. Its not alot of washer or dryers that actually work.

I have gone here on a regular basis over the last few years to do my familys laundry. A lot of changes have happened in that time. At first, all of the machines were in good working order. You could get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Each time I go now, there are more and more machines with an Out of Order sign or that display an error and do not work. This is inconvenient because so many people do their laundry here. There are 4 industrial sized washers in the front, but only 1 works. There are more than 10 regular or large sized washers and dryers that are also not working. And now the bathrooms are Out of Order too?! Come on!

This is a terrible place. They take your money and make excuses not to give your money back. You have to borrow a total strangers wash cards in order 3 wash or dry.

Awful. Dryers dont work. If you loose money, due to the machine not heating properly, there is a number to call. There is not an attendant to help. You have to call and I guess maybe they will see if you are entitled to the monies you gave. Honest, who has time to wait for 4 quarters?

Low cost washer/dryer. Quick finish time. Plenty of machines available. Convenient location next to everything.

The worst place to wash clothes

Good services.. clean facility.. clean bathrooms.. I have nothing but great service when I go here. One employee in particular named charity is wonderful at her job.. everytime I go here shes scrubbing the bathrooms or cleaning the machines. I see her go the extra mile to help her customers too... and she alway has a smile on her face which makes the boring chore of laundry better. Lol

This laundromat, has really went down... I was employed here, back in 2013. Since then the owner has, passed away and you can really tell by how the business has went down... Out of all of the dryers they have, only about 10 of them work...

Its okay if certain staff members are not there. Half of the staff have nasty attitudes. Plus they are very rude. But if you are lucky to go there when the nice people are around then you will have a pleasant visit to the laundromat.

This laundry is ok, always packed and stays busy. Now with COVID theres some changes and its to be expected. Its open 24 hr thats the best thing and prices are not bad. The place is not spic n span and a few of the dryers and washers are out of commission... more than it should be. However my clothes come out very clean and its my choice to get my laundry done while others are closed and sleeping.

Hollywood Laundromat is Very spacious, and clean place, and if you dont have a washer and dryer, and you have Big loads this is the place to go...

When this laundry first opened up i just knew it was going to be good for the neighborhood. I still go however its not what it used to be.

This laundromat had several washer and dryer that were out of service. Between me and my extended family we spent $50 to wash and $20 to dry all of our clothes and bedding. My main complaint is the use of the bathroom. You tell some its out of order and some are allowed to use. I dont like liers so when you prove to me that you are one I dont come back. You have lost my service for your business and my hard earned money!

They need different people who actually takes this job serious instead of people gossiping and acting as if the business is a concert hall or the club... I understand there really isnt much to do other than cleaning dryers out sweeping and mopping floors etc. But having a young minded person in the place of business running it like its a club is unprofessional

White female laundry attendant was very helpful.

There is always someone there to help you if you have a problem with any of the machines. They try to make you comfortable with the air or heat. They have several TVs to watch. And your money is put on a card so you dont have to have a roll of quarters. If you forget detergent or fabric softener they got you!

I mostly feel comfortable everywhere I go however there’s bad vibes here though when the older lady Thelma (I believe is her name) is there. She obviously doesn’t like children and just has a nasty attitude. Other than that it’s okay- but you never know who’s working so I’d rather just not go.

I used to really like that laundromat for the past maybe about eight or ten years, and used to go with my sister when it first opened up and it was very good. The people that work there are very very nice, except for one older lady that just does not seem to like anyone, and shes got a really bad attitude. I dont go in there near as much as I used to, because half of their machines are broken down. The rest of them are just needing the lint traps cleaned or they need the barrels readjusted and smoothed. The restroom is forever out of order and people are in there with their kids all the time, so there needs to be a functioning restroom. And always there is someone trying to sell DVDs or CDs pirated from somewhere.

Even though its far from where I live.... If, and when I go, its always late night the older gentleman thats pretty much always there is very courteous. Even when I have my sleepy moments, like forget the minimum when using a debit card is 10$ he never fails to lending a helping hand!!!! Or, when Im to tired to haul all my clothes, he will stop what hes doing and take them inside for me... This is always my spot to go when I have to use a laundromat!!!!

This establishment has OVER 70% of NOT WORKING EQUIPMENT ! I have been coming here for a long time and its RIDICOULOUS that NOTHING has been done to either service the equipment or replace the equipment
