I go to this laundromat all the time. This time was different. I heard people say that their laundry has been taken out and put into a cart, but this has never happened until this time. Even if you are sitting in your car make sure you get out periodically and check your clothes. But other than that I have had no problems.

This place looks a little scary since its not in the best neighborhood but Mrs. Peggy & the other ladies are some of the nicest people youll ever meet. Prices are very reasonable, machines are adequate size & work great! The ladies are most helpful. There is always an attendant on duty & she always have plenty change. No need go get change before you come. Plus they have drop off service for a fee.

Needs new washers n dryers. Need better customer service reps. Need to add a vending machine and Drink machine.

Good washers and dryers they were out of detergent for sale the lady there gave me some of her personal stash.

Been here twice and had a very good experience. Have no complaints and the lady that work here was very nice and helpful. Oh they also make change which is was great!!!! I will be back.

It Ok People Hang Out But Not Washing. They need to clean better in the washer. Do not go there anymore

The Manager Peggy was absolutely wonderful she exceeded my expectations she asked me if she could have assist me was unloading my laundry from my car and I said yes thank you because I am 100% disabled I have a disability that you cannot see back problems. Explain to her how so had nerve damage in both my hands. Peggy had no way of knowing this until she got till the trunk of my car. She made me feel comfortable she made me feel welcome and I look forward to seeing her again. This is what I would call down home service. I explained to her I have been going to another laundromat on the Southside off 20th Street and Highland Avenue. The service there was great but they charge a minimum of $4 per washer. I found myself not knowing how to operate the machinery she was right there to assist me all the way I think I had 5 or 6 washers and for dryers. I made friends with two ladies that are from Africa. The whole experience was beautiful especially since my DNA say that I am 67% African. I also made plans with one of his helpers her name was Mary shes not on the payroll but she acts like it and she enjoys helping Peggy and customers. When I finish Peggy the manager and another young man did not get his name and white guy the two of them told me to back up and they loaded my clothes for me now you cant beat that with a stick. I did not get this type of treatment when I was at the other laundromat on Highland even though they were nice. Well I only need to use C&R for about two more trips and then Im moving where I can use my own washer and dryer in my own apartment. If 10 is highest score I will give them a perfect 10 + 2. Suds & studs was one of the names I saw on the wall in this establishment. I will share this info with anyone looking for a great place to wash and dryer there laundry leave and have drop-off Service as well they provide you with coins and other items that are needed to run a professional laundromat. Although the work here scenes hard you would not know it when once you meet Peggy. She definitely deserve top pay. as found that her job is demanding in more ways than one just been observing. Never met Peggy before but I love her. Kudos to you!I thank God these washers arent front load.

Very nice owner. They make change there so you dont have to carry so much loose change around. The machines are quick and large.

IT a good place to wash your clothes& if you have to leave the owner will wash&fold your clothes until you come back they are good people to go to.

Very happy with this place. And the lady was very nice and helpful.

Its $2 a wash on self service, but the dryers can hold at least 2 washer loads and its 25¢ to start the load. There are plenty of units and the lady there is friendly. They dont have any coin machines though.
