I was impressed with this company upon their initial cleaning. However, it’s been a downhill experience since then. It is very disappointing to find that they are just like all the other companies. They allow 2hrs per job, period! And that has to include the time they spend warming their lunch in my microwave before they leave!My house can’t be cleaned in two hours - even with 3 people working. I don’t know many houses that can! Every week something is NOT cleaned - a tub, a toilet, a kitchen - you get the idea. They can’t make a decent bed to save the world. I’ve decided TCA’s mottos are “if it ain’t mildewed, don’t clean it”. And “dodge the phone forever”. It is all but impossible to communicate with this company.Sorry, I wish I could say all nice things. I really wish this company would live up to the hype. I’m happy to pay whatever is asked for a job well done.

Ive used the Cleaning Authority 5 times in the last couple months for my home. They have sent a couple different crews but the most recent crew was Eliza, Leticia, and Uiri.Every cleaning theyve done has been great. Theyre very thorough and by far the most reasonably priced service I got a quote from. My house has hardwood floors, carpeted floors, rugs, marble and quartz counters, and the crews use the correct cleaners on all of them. Love the fact that they thoroughly hand wash the stove tops, which is by far my least favorite thing to clean personally! There are a few antique/delicate pieces that I ask them not to clean and they always respect that.I feel that everyone theyve sent has also been very trustworthy. Several times Ive just left my wallet around by chance and they clean around my wifes jewelry boxes, but Ive never had to keep an eye on them and nothing has ever gone missing. I mention this since I know this kind of thing is a common concern for customers.The only complaint I have is that they provide a 2 hour time window for their arrival so its a little random when they show up. But its never really been a hindrance.

Cleaning authority has cleaned my home for over a year. The quality of the clean has gotten progressively worse and communication with the team/management is basically nonexistent. They send different people each week to clean. This company will do and say everything to keep your business/money, except for clean your home well.

Idalia and Yulissa arrived at the expected time and were responsive and very pleasant, as always. They cleaned our house with their typical careful and comprehensive approach. We were extremely satisfied with their work and look forward to having them back.

Ive been a customer for at least a couple of years now. The crew (Alma and Ilsy this week) are wonderful, professional and very friendly. The company has a really good task rotation procedure which they leave a printed copy of every time showing the focus areas for today and what it will be next time. They are efficient and detail oriented. Any special requests I have, they are happy to take care of them. The office is also very responsive and the crew manager (unfortunately cant remember her name) comes out with the crew regularly to ensure the quality and consistency of the work. Truly a quality organization.

Great service every time!

No one showed up at the scheduled time. I arrived at the home expecting it to be done 3 hours later with our moving truck and no one had come or contacted me. When someone finally arrived more than 4 hours late, the service was terrible. I hired for a deep clean prior to moving in and was particular to request all cabinets and appliances to be deep cleaned inside and out. Nothing was touched. Appliances still has grease and crumbs, no cabinets inside or out were cleaned, and there are tons of surfaces that were not touched. So much for a deep clean and a precautionary clean prior to moving in as a COVID precaution. We spent our weekend cleaning the house with boxes and 3 kids. Management apologized for the inconvenience when I settled the bill. Yes, I still had to pay.

The Cleaning staff provide a professional service each time. I have used this company for several years and have been pleased with the staff that comes to my home, and the management staff as well.

We have been very happy with their service so far Having hired them about three months ago. I appreciate the cleaning rotation to focus on different areas with each visit, though everything overall always seems clean. Their first few cleans were impeccable as they got the place deeply cleaned to move into regular rotation. We were ashamed of how poorly we had been keeping up on our own, and now are spoiled by their excellent service at a reasonable price.
