We had arranged and paid for bi-weekly service, starting in March 2014. For the first several months, all went well. However, in late June, Better Life Maids stopped showing up. They did not email or call us to let us know why. I attempted to follow up with the owner, just to ensure everything was ok, and did not receive a response. One month later, we still have no idea why they stopped providing service. Our last payment cleared, and we have not heard from the since. It was very disappointing, as I have a new baby, and very much needed the support.
