I used a hair system through Shear Pointe for several years. The system and service was great and worth every penny. Ultimately I went with the system because I’m not concerned about being bald however everyone is different. Nobody noticed or questioned the system as it blended right in and even women who I know wear professional hair extensions couldn’t notice the difference.I may in fact go back and use Shear Pointe’s services again if I feel like changing back to having hair and using their professional hair stylist Sue. The place really is worth every dollar spent, I’d definitely recommend.

READ ALL!!!! Do not go here!!!!First, I really like the staff and it pains me to write this review. They are very nice and great. But if youre spending thousands this is info you deserve to know. In my opinion, the hair transplant was terrible. I went to multiple doctors and they agreed. But that is subjective I suppose. My actual experience is much more alarming.I signed a paper with a Dr. name saying that Dr. will be the one giving the local anesthetic and so on. I also had a paper with a blank line on it for them to fill in the drs name. They didnt even write in a Dr. name. This would be more accurate being I never even saw a Dr. I never met a Dr. leading up to the procedure and that seemed strange. Then the procedure came and the technicians did everything that the document I signed said a Dr. would do. So this is even more strange and pretty messed up. Half way through the procedure someone came down and took my after pictures. He kept telling me how great everything looked. Well the only problem is I was only half done and had no hair actually implanted yet. He was literally inches from me and couldnt even tell there was no hair there. That was quite alarming that an expert has no clue what they are taking pictures of. Then the procedure finished. They said see you in 6 months. What? No post op check up? No anything. A lot can happen post op. This was when I started to freak out knowing I made a mistake. Main points, I signed a document allowing a Dr. to work on me. I never saw that Dr. That seems wrong and this place needs to be shut down. I came in after 11 months and they said everything is great and offered a discount on another procedure. No chance I let them mess up my hair more. Even if my hair transplant was great, it wasnt, this info should be alarming to anyone. This is not an experience that you should expect from a credible facility. Just stay away.

Pam and Tayha at Shear Pointe are some of the best stylists. I see either one once a month for my re-bonding process. They are very friendly and easy to get along with and styles my hair perfectly every time!

Shear Pointe offers a hair replacement system that looks completely natural. There is a hairpiece made from real human hair that is cut, applied and blended in with my remaining hair (around the base of my head.) the hair piece stays on strongly and is waterproof. I only need to come in once a month to have it serviced. Every time I go to Shear Pointe I am treated so kindly by the staff there. Going to Shear Pointe once a month for my hair maintenance is an enjoyable experience and not a hassle at all. The start up and monthly fees for hair maintenance are very reasonably priced and affordable. I dont know what I would have done without Shear Pointe. They also offer other treatments like laser hair regrowth and surgical hair transplants. I definitely would recommend using Shear Pointe to manage your hair loss. It was one of the best decisions Ive ever made.

I have been going to shear point for over 30 years . They have always done a great job for me . They are always ready for me at my appointment times, which is very important to me .They keep up on all the newest methods and styles to keep their customers looking good and up to date. .Otis has been my barber for over 12 years and does excellent work, a true artist. All the staff are very helpful and keep every thing running smooth .

Shear Pointe is great! Ive been coming here for about seven years and I cant imagine going anywhere else. They are truly kind, caring and professional people and they make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Their laser treatments are excellent and their stylist are wonderful. you cant go wrong!

I am not sure how they are doing this business with the way they have done my hair transplant. It looks terrible. They dont listen to you and say it looks great for terrible job theyve done. I dont if I have regret doing a hair transplant spending lot of money and time or regret doing it with Shear Pointe. Hope they correct their mistakes or atleast admit they have done it wrong instead of saying we done what you paid for

I signed a contract with them and then one day I recieved an email asking me for extra payment for unknown reason and when I call and ask for the owner they say he is there and then after they put me on hold they say he is busy and will call me back but he never did, and I went there to see him and he never show up, they just keep sending the same email over and over again so I stopped dealing with them and I found another place much better quality and better price, if there is less than one star I would give them.

Shear Pointe is the place to go if your hair is thinning or have a hair loss problem and need expert advice on your alternatives to correcting the problem. I tried other hair restoration centers but found Shear Pointe to be far superior in hair products and stylists. I strongly recommend Shear Pointe to anyone having a hair problem.
