I been a member for almost a year. I can’t remember if y’all offer personal training?

This has been my local gym for over 10 years, it’s small but it has everything you need for a good work out!

There are so many mega gyms around these days, but sometimes all thats needed is an old school workout facility. Was in town visiting family and needed a place to work off holiday meal and this place was perfect. Friendly staff, good equipment and it has a family feel to it where everyone talks to you. Rarely get that in mega. Worth a visit if you enjoy that kind of ambience.

Looks small, but it has all the weights and machines needed to get a good workout in. Staff members here are very helpful and it is kept very clean and maintained. They also offer workout classes here for those who enjoy that.

Train hard or at your own pace. Whether young or older, male or female, all enjoy a positive experience at this gym. Free weights, resistance machines, and several different classes are available to take advantage of. Personal Training is also available at a very low monthly cost for those that need a boost, and/or guidance in working out. With 24 hour controlled access, all that is missing is U.

Great gym with great people and staff. Always feel welcome and they have updated equipment in good condition. even have training classes for everyone. definitely recommended!

Great place to workout. Have a wide variety of machines and free weights. Ashley is awesome, she is hard working and very easy to interact with.

They have all you need to meet your fitness goals. I enjoy my workouts here

Been a member since 2011 and love it. Love the now manager. Love the classes, other members and all. I wouldnt go anywhere else

It’s a nice place to workout and relax! Social activity on 10! It’s not geared toward strength training though.

Never ever sign up for this gym, it is a night mare getting out of your contract . I was charged fees on top of fees even after I canceled my membership. There is a $25 fee to cancel . The company they hire to collect fees are rude and very unprofessional. I was called about my cancellation and paid the balance on my account, to only get another call 2 months later stating I stilled owed $44 in fees and couldnt cancel my membership until i paid it. They blamed it on mis communication and were unwilling to waive the fees. Do not get stick like this join another gym that has better professional people that cares about its members and not just there to take their money. DONOT JOIN THIS GYM THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY IF YOU TRY AND CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP!!
