Going back to gym after Covid has been daunting for everyone, but this particular location (Crestline) has made it a great experience. Two employees, Mike and Brooke, work very, very hard at maintaining the clubs cleanliness. This is so important right now and makes members feel secure. Combine their work ethic with their positive attitudes and you have two fantastic employees. Planet Fitness has a lot to be proud of with those two.

I forgot to mention THE APP. It is so great and helpful. The check is super easy. There are workout videos to use at home. And my personal favorite is the peak hours chart. It helps me schedule my gym time.

Really nice gym for $10-$20/month. No free weight bench/squat racks (only Smith-machines) but plenty of space and other resistance machines for your focused workouts. Part of the bathrooms are under construction right now (or possibly closed for COVID?), but has not been an issue for me.

There are plenty of treadmills, various equipment to use. They have a hydromassage which is great. Its always clean and everyone is always nice and helpful with questions. Its a welcoming environment.

I love the atmosphere at Planet Fitness! I never feel embarrassed or nervous to go workout. I always feel at home, and they have all the equipment I need to get a great workout.

I love all of the equipment options & the atmosphere is very inviting.

Honestly the employees at this location always have a great attitude! They always engage in a greeting and usually go a step further and mention they think what my shirt says is funny etc... and they always say something as I leave also! The other location I go to while they are always polite they dont give me that same confidence boost! They really make me feel like I belong at the Crestline location!

Planet needs to be open 24 hours. No question asked.Crestline gym is clean, smell nice and very neat.The club manager is awesome and the employees are out of this world.

I love PF! Since Ive been a member, Ive lost 50 lbs! The gym at Crestline is ALWAYS clean and sanitized! ❤ Also, the staff is very cordial and greets all members by their first name! 🥰 The manager, Max, is the best! This place rocks! 😃

Very friendly staff. This was my first visit. Clean and welcoming place to work out. Its been a while since I have worked out, so this was a great choice so far. I signed up after seeing a $0 startup fee ad and figured why not. While signing up I find out that they slip in an annual fee that they failed to mention in the ad. It wasnt due immediately, but it would be nice to be up front about pricing. I consider this deceptive advertising. Despite the fee, its a great deal. There is no reason to hide the extra fee in my opinion.

Probably by favourite PF. Max (Manager) makes this place the best PF.

All over the establishment there was signs that said mask must be worn including in the doors going in. Two of the employees were not wearing masks and I would say about 65% of the patrons in the establishment was not wearing masks. We are still in a pandemic, this is one of the reasons why I hadnt been there for a couple months oh, and its one of the reasons why I may not go back again

Love that theres no pressure, and nice looking people. The price for the good membership with massage chairs and unlimited tanning is only $20. Awesome. Try the hydrotherapy beds!

I enjoy going to planet fitness in crestline. The location is great for me personally because I like to go to the grocery store after my workouts and I have both publix and Winn Dixie to choose from. The staff is friendly and attentive to guest needs. I feel both comfortable and safe. There are sanitation stations in multiple locations and it seems like one of the staff members is always cleaning! Overall I have a positive experience each time I go to the planet fitness in crestline. Plenty of machines and not too many people!

The facilities are conveniently located, always clean, equipment is adequate for my needs, staff is very friendly and helpful.

I got me a membership here two months ago.it cost $10 a month for me to go as much as I want and workout on all their up-to-date equipment. It is mandatory that she wear a face mask. It is supposed to be a judge free zone. Since I have been going I definitely can tell a difference in my body. they also have showers that I have personally used everytime I workout after I workout I take a shower there at planet fitness and sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for the water to warm up but overall its a pretty good shower. Cleanliness is one of their top priorities I believe. They have bottles of a spray that kills covid-19 on contactthat they require you to use before and after you use the equipment. They have friendly employees.

I love that Caleb, the very fit trainer, was understanding of my limitations as I started this journey. He was patient and kind and we even laughed a time or two while he was showing me how to work on each machine!

I love the small classes. The class size really allows the trainer to focus on your techniques and really guide your progress. Caleb at Crestline gym is an excellent trainer.

Great group of folks on staff at this location. They make you feel like family. We’ve looked at other gyms, but the location, facility, value, and the people make PF our best option.

This is a great place. I would have rated it a 5 if they d idnt close so early on the weekends! Supposed to be 24/7..but that is not the case. Other than that..i love it here. Everyone is friendly and there arent any people staring lovingly and/or obsessively at themselves while lifting weights. That in itself really merits 5 stars.

You want to work out and be treated right, then this is the right place to be at. Nice people and clean environment and the best of all of both is the candy on the disk. This is the only gym I would still pay for even if I am even busy sometimes to work out just because they are nice and they will treat the person right.

Max does a fantastic job at keeping the staff friendly and the facility in tip-top shape. Always friendly smiles and machines are rarely out of order...when they are its never for more than 24 hours.

Always super clean, and the crew around lunchtime is always friendly! I can get a great workout in on my hour lunch break every day without any hiccups. Everyone in the gym is always friendly and respectful of keeping the equipment clean and not sweaty!

This gym in particular is clean, equipment is great, in good shape with good viarity. The employees are nice although there are a some that are not super friendly but overall I really like this location.

The hours are a definite draw. But on every visit since I joined the staff has been outstanding! That says a lot about the company and management team. The staff give helpful, pleasant, and informative service to members! Job well done!

You can’t beat the cost and opportunities for machines and personal trainer options. You can also work out on waits and do your own thing. Workers are friendly and the extras are nice on the 20.00 plan.

Keep up the good work. When you enter the door always speaking and even when you leave.

I feel I made a good decision to sign up with PF...facilities staff and atmosphere are the best...and locations galore

If youre planning on showering, go elsewhere. 3 PM, barely anyone else in the gym and no one else showing, I had to switch showers in the middle because the water pressure was so bad and the shower I switched to was even worse.
