I don’t recommend this place at all. Aside from them being unprofessional and smoke in your face all day. They lied to my dispatcher and mechanic about having a PTT system to do a reset on my derated truck. My job called them and explained to them that they needed to get my truck out of derate. They say they can do and have the system to do it. When I got there they hooked up my truck to a diagnostic computer and found out that my nox sensor needed to be replaced. Remember I went there to get my truck out of derate not for them to diagnose anything. Long story short. They replaced my nox sensor but still didn’t get my truck out of derate. Come to find out the mechanic guy PTT expired and he didn’t know that it did. How can you, a mechanic not know, a tool that you need to get your job done, expired and you didn’t know??? Wasted my time and lost money.

Dont ever use these guys for anything other than a road side flat. Went in shop for a oil change shop manager told me 450 I come pick my truck up he say 547.00 he said he couldnt get parts price right. Told him I had two low tires that I didnt have before I put my truck in the shop he didnt move out of his seat ended up have a nail in my tire that wasnt there before in came. Very unprofessional place.
