Definitely not customer service driven. Had tried 6 times over 3months with a variety of emails and voicemails. When I mentioned the negative contact on Instagram on the shops page…I was told quickly that his business wasn’t for everyone. And new business gets missed, yet I was there 2-3 times last year..Seems a courteous thing to say to a previous customer that’s trying to be a return customer, who was almost begging this guy to take his money. Guess it’s decent place If your one of his friends. Otherwise good luck… With his doin the public a favor being their mentality

These guys take pride in their work and it shows. The owner Brad is extremely nice. He was honest with me on the repairs needed for my truck and it saved me a lot of future trouble. I wont be taking my trucks anywhere else.

I would highly recommend Diesel South! My Dodge truck was running terribly. I was coming home from a road trip from Florida and it lost all power. I limped into Brad’s shop and he figured out the solution in a very timely manner. His shop is covered over with work... you can tell he and his crew know exactly what a diesel vehicle needs to keep it going. Speaking about his shop, it was spotless. Diesel South has been busy but still took time to talk to me about my EcoDiesel problems. Even though they were not able to get my truck in right away they talked to me about the error codes and symptoms to diagnose a couple of potential problems that could cause my issue. As you see in the picture the first suggestion happened to be the root problem and because of their help I was able to get my truck fixed and back on the road in no time. When I shop will spend the time with you even when you are not paying them it says a lot about their business, ethics and passion.I will be scheduling future work with them because of my experience and their professionalism. They are booked up in advance because they fix the problems and know what they are doing.

Diesel South is a great business and anyone with a diesel truck should use them. Brad and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain it to you. I recently purchased a tunner and an Air Dog lift pump for my Silverado, and man did it increase the power. I recommend that everyone install one. It was done in a timely manner and was responsible priced. I will most definitely use them again in the future.

Been calling them for a week, left messages, even messaged them on Facebook too. No response, or an excuse that Ill recieve a call back but of course it doesnt happen. Kinda hard to wanna spend your money somewhere that doesnt answer a phone. Dont come under my review because your feelings are hurt falsely using words you dont know the definition of to save your face I offered to delete my review after actual quality service was received, but instead you involved your feelings in business and here we are bud. Extortment ? Try again and hire a receptionist.

They accuse customers of extortion when truthful reviews are posted that are not in their favor or theyre not removed to save them face. Terrible customer service and all around business ethics.

He called me back in a timely manner and was very professional.

We were traveling through the area and the truck started running ruff. After a week at the Chevy house we realized we had it was at the wrong place. Researched diesel shops and found Diesel South. What a relief to speak to someone who knew diesel trucks and could discuss what the problem may be. Less then a week later I had my truck back and running great. My name is David Morris. I have a had the pleasure of dealing with a couple different shops in town with regards to my truck and will say that by far the best one is Diesel South. Brad the owner will treat your truck just like its his personal vehicle and when it leaves his shop it will be 100% correct and perfect. Other shops cut corners and just try and rush the next vehicle in. Diesel South doesnt do this. There will never be another shop in the South that I would take my truck to but Diesel South. It may take a little longer to get your truck worked on but its well worth it if your trying to get the best work done possible. I would even go this far; if I moved to another state and needed to have work done to my duramax I would find a way to get it into the hands of Diesel South. Quick call to DSI, H&S parts in stock, and the team was waiting for me after I slowly limped to shop. 1 1/2 hrs later The Dragon was repaired and DSI had me back on the road which is critical to my business. I took my truck to this because I was going into limp mode nevertheless my truck set for 3weeks at his shop. After he charged me 2000 I get 10miles from his shop my truck started running terrible. Im mean I was only going into limp mode when I went to him but the truck never smoked are idled rough until after I left him. Now I have more problems than I ever had with this truck and now Im ready to go to war. So stay tuned this far from being over
