Location is good, prices decent... Needs someone to come clean up daily. Machines was full.. would get a better rating if it was cleaner

Convenient and equipment seems to work okay, price is fair, but the place is dirty and grungy.

Place has gone downhill a bit. Broken credit card machines. The sprayer also takes around 30 seconds to a minute to swap over which costs you more money. I wouldnt recommend. Cahaba Falls in Hoover is one of the best in Birmingham. If you want to make the drive.

Never had one problem at this car wash its always operational and in good working order

In my opinion it is a pretty good car wash the only thing is that if you use a debit or credit card it puts a hold of $10 on your account and after a few days it comes off in the price you spent is shown.

The wash did nothing but spread dirt around. The automated wash charged my credit card for $10.00 when I selected the $6.00 wash..... I should have went to the rainbow carwash down the street.... for a dollar more ($7.00) I could have gotten a basic wash that actually cleaned my vehicle.... the vacuum was the only thing that worked as it should have, but even then you only get 2 minutes....... this place is not maintained ..... there was junk everywhere

I would give a 0. Not touchless damaged my 1999 jeep that is in great condition. The rotary cords/brushes ripped off half front bumper and had to go to body shop after wash. No one answered phone number given on signs to report damage. Sign states touchless but is not. Do not use will damage your vehicle!

Okay so this place is well lit at night and is pretty cozy but I would not want to buy or sell hard drugs there because its pretty out in the open, and chalkville mountain road is right there..

I went through the automated one and paid $10 for it to not rinse any of the soap off of my car!!! I had to pull around to the bay and pay another $3 to get all the soap off!!! Totally worthless!!! Won’t go back!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I was here yesterday and wasted 5 minutes just to spray my car water. Brushes DO NOT work. No signs posted stating that they dont either. I used to love the place but I will not be coming back anymore. Edit: Come to find out they charged me $13.25 for not even 10 minutes of washing. When it was pending it was $10. If I see another charge there will be a lawsuit in your future star wash. I usually used the whole 15 minutes and then would run my card again for another like, 5 minutes. The charges were NEVER over $10.

The $12 beast car wash made my car look worse than before, had to re wash completely at home. Didnt give me my free vaccuum token, so i spent $6 on the lousiest vacuum ever (back right side back vacuum). Decided to drop another couple dollars in the vaccum in front of it, and it seemed to work much better.

Worst place ever Im not the type that likes to complain so please read this and save your money ....first I went and spent 10 on the do it your self spray wash ....half of the soaps didnt work like the tire cleaner and the high pressure soap ..didnt so I wasnt happy with ..then I went to the automatic put in the 8 dollars for a super wash it came on for a second then stopped waited and nothing so a total of 18 dollars ..a lady that morning told me it did the same thing to her, makes me wonder how much money there gaining for robbing people of their hard earned money . Then there is a number u can for a problem. .and u talk to an answer machine. I hate talking down on a business but bad business isnt the answer ...please save your money and go some where else like I said I hope this helps because Im gonna report this to fox 6 news and who ever I can because robbing folks isnt the answer

Equipment is iffy and 2.00 goes quickly...But, after two weeks in the snow up north I need to get the dirt and SALT off of my truck. Total spent was 6.00 and it did the job. Beats dragging out the hose, rags and soap at the house. Glad they are here when I need them.

0 stars if I could. I finally got tired of the machine taking my money and tried to call to get a refund. Called the website posted and they do not own car washes is what I was told.Guess what? I will be going to the BBB..you cant just take peoples $. Also, glad your car wash is broken too bad youll still get other suckers money.

This place is a scam. Paid 8 dollars for the “best” wash, my car looked the same and my bank statement said they charged me 10!

Selected a $7.00 wash and was charged $10.00. The highest car wash costs $8.00. Wish I would have read the reviews beforehand.

The worst car wash ever. The touchless car wash machine took my $5 so I ended up using the self serve car wash which costs me an additional $10 and the dirt still remains on my vehicle. I will NEVER use this carwash again and I would not recommend it to anyone!!!!

The drive thru carwash will take your money but doesnt even operate. How do I even get a refund for it? The air fresheners near the vacuum are out but they take your money too. The wax selection is actually water, this place needs to be shut down!

I came to this car wash to wash my car and I put a 20 dollar bill in it to wash my car and it just took my money then I left my number on the building to get my money back but nobody still didn’t call me it done been over a month now
