The CSR recognized me as coming there at least a couple of times a week. He explained to me that Im spending more each week than if I sign up for Unlimited washes. They were VERY BUSY, but, he still took the time to talk to me and save me some money. He Also, let me know, I can go to ALL GooGoo locations, and wash it everyday if I want to. Yesterday, I purchased the highest priced monthly wash subscription.Wash quality was poor, residue left in numerous places, particularly the hood. Spinning overhead brush did not come down. Wheels and running boards looked worse after wash.Rinse did not effectively remove or dilute soap and foam from truck bed.Dryer blew water, soap and foam from truck bed back onto hood and windshield.Went back today to give it a second chance, spinning overhead brush was working, but pretty much the same results.Wheels and running boards have a cloudy film on them.

I had the best experience with the team. They were so kind and helpful. I will return.

I debated on posting this, but hopefully someone will see it. I went this afternoon for a wash. It was great and my car was clean. My issues was with an employee who literally stared at me for almost the entire hour I was there. If there wasn’t a car coming up he was staring. Luckily a van parked between me and him that blocked his line of sight. But he decided to walk over to tell me I was beautiful. So inappropriate. I just can’t imagine this is the first time this has happened and I’m sure it’s not, just the first time anyone noticed the staring. Please tell all the employees this is not ok. I won’t be back which is unfortunate since I’m an Uber driver and need to vacuum often. But I definitely don’t feel comfortable.

I paid the $39.95 for a month membership for the pro cleaning. This was supposed to include wheels, wax, and wash. I found myself having to go through the was 3 times within the span of 24 hours just to get slight dirt off my wheels, and one time they sent me through the wash for express, rather than for the pro membership which I pay a good amount for. After the third wash, I am pretty happy. However, it should not take this much when you have a customer who bought the highest membership offered.

Excellent service here. I went in one afternoon and one of the attendants was sweet enough to sign me up with The Unlimited Wash Club membership. The wash itself was splendid but could do better with washing the rims. Vacuum suction is awesome as well.

Businesses make mistakes. It’s what they do to rectify them that separates the good from the bad. After being a customer here for years, a around a month ago the car wash unfortunately snapped a side view mirror off my car. I’ve waited this long to post a review hoping they would make it right. After I submitted an accident report, I waited. I was told there were dozens of cameras on the property that would have surely confirmed my structurally fine mirror did not remain so upon exiting the wash. I waited some more. After finally hearing back, I learned they would not be assisting me pay the nearly $700 repair of my vehicle. That they refuse to help with this is unconscionable.

The guys are hard working and tries to be as helpful as possible.

They only had one type of vacuum. They didn’t have the detailing vacuum (with the skinny tip). They also didn’t have window cleaner or any cleaner for that matter. I went through the wash and the front of my car is still dirty as well as the outside of my windows. Probably will find an all inclusive car wash next time.

I believe the employee could be more helpful in applying the pre-wash. Most of the time they just apply to the windshield. I have seen pre-wash some womens tire,and do a good job on the rear and front. But to a sloppy job on my car. The one on the Southside do a better job and they are dress better.

Great place, but a lot of the vacuums dont work.

I paid $7 for the basic wash and it was terrible. Front and back wasn’t clean at all. I assume they need different equipment to reach those areas of the car. Not worth $7. I know that’s not much money, but it’s the principle of the matter.

Very disappointed-. The vacuum was less than effective. The mat machine was not working. They would not let me put all my mats in the other one. I moved to get another vacuum. There were no cleaning products or rags.

The brushes that usually move to wash the sides of the car haven’t worked the last 3 times I’ve been, water jets shoot in random directions and doesn’t rinse very well. The vacuums today hardly had any suction at all. This place used to be great but here lately it seems to have gone downhill.Edit 9/10/2020While the person working there was using the brush on the car in front of me, the long handle of the brush hit the front of my car... didn’t do any damage, no big deal. When I entered, the right side spinning brushes never touched my car, basically half my car got washed. When parking my car to vacuum, I discovered the vacuum had ZERO suction (not surprised).Vacuums still have almost zero suction.

Slippin a little. Not getting the subtle touches that we once got. Im hoping it returns to its A1 attention to service soon. My car is narrow and they usually hook me up with the adjustment. Not anymore.

Awesome service, did not get the tire shine on passenger side but manager made it right so I will be back. Employee talked me up from $7 basic carwash to $15 carwash. Told him he should be selling cars.

So one of the lanes was held up because the arm would not raise. Attendant came to it 5 times before he got it raised and the customer right in front of me could go. Meantime 13 cars got to go ahead of me and I was stuck in the line, couldnt go forward. I finally was able to back up enough to get into the other pay machine line to the distain of 2 other drivers who were upset, one of which was freaking thinking I was going to back into their car. I did not.Finally, I bought the $21 super service. I specifically asked the prep attendant to please brush the back window up under the fin because the wash brushes do not get under there. He did not although he assured me he did. I had to do it myself at home.After paying for every service available for $21, all I got was the wash and rinse. Someone else must have gotten what I paid for. The business was busy and clearly understaffed so perhaps that was a part of the problem. I will never go through this again if they are busy. Frustrating and expensive for very little.

Convenient for a central location in downtown. The only problems I have them are. Its a little tight in there and they do not have drying towels. Other than that, it thoroughly wash your car.

Washed my husbands truck here. It was fast and easy. But it was a little pricey. I have been to better car washs, but this one was the closest at the time.

After Buying this Mustang for my son for his Birthday I decided to take it thru a car wash as it had a layer dirt on it . after coming out of the car wash my driver side mirror was just hanging there by the wires. I drove the car to the front where the guys were working. I brought my issue to the attention of the guy working there. He immediately was very apologetic and told me he had to write a report. I could tell he really cared. well only about 3 days went by and i was contacted by the general mgr who was also very sympathetic to my situation. He explained to me he wasnt sure how theyre machines could have done that to my car, but promised me it would be taken care of. Well the next Day a gentleman from corporate called me and told me they had ordered me a brand new mirror and as soon as it came in they would send me somewhere to have it installed. I was So happy that they took the responsibility to do that for me i told him not to worry about it i would install it myself. he asked me if i was sure. Ill be darn if that box didnt show up 2 days later. NOW THAT IS TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. Anytime i go to Birmingham i am getting All my cars washed at Goo-Goo.
