Howard does a good job cutting my hair. But, I feel like I need to brush up on my knowledge of blades. I don’t cut hair, so, I don’t know anything about blades. I’ll remember he used a 4 this week!!

This barber shop is very special. It’s a family run business in a small location, with an amazing history: my understanding is that three generations have helped keep it going! Three! That’s so rare, and something that I hope continues. They have a small shop compared to the surrounding area, but they are an absolute testament to the fact you should never judge a place by it’s external appearance. They care about their clients, maintain a healthy group of regulars, and above all do great work. Highly recommend not only for a good haircut, but also for the great history and exceptional customer service.Park near or at the post office currently, as construction is making it a bit difficult to navigate the area.

George Wyatt and JC, Butch, and now, Howard and his son and daughter own and run the best Barber Shop in Jefferson County! Ive been coming to this one, single Barber Shop since 1987. As soon as I departed the USAF SECURITY POLICE in 1986, with my Honorable Discharge in hand, I stopped here looking for a Barber that not only knew what an Air Force Regulation 35-10 haircut was, BUT could cut my hair that way as well.Mohawks, Skinned heads, Adults, Children, Male and Female are ALL welcome here. You will not be disappointed!

Took my 96yo uncle and I recommend them. While we were there they cut business men, high school and college students, and retired folks. Nothing fancy but you can just drop in.

Howard runs an old fashion barber shop than Ive been using for over 15 years. There are three chairs and no appointments needed. You can get in and out within 20 minutes for $16 plus tip. Its an extra dollar if you pay by credit card. You cant go wrong here.

Parking isn’t an issue if you know where to park. You can park at the post office or right out front on the sidewalk, parallel with the building. Once they redo the road there will be diagonal parking. If you don’t like what is on the tv you can ask and the channel will be changed! Cartoons for kids!!! Certificate for first time haircut! Timely manner in and out! Family business, father, daughter, son! Facebook page with all the hours, who’s working, holidays, etc. Best of all Professional haircuts for any age.
