Very pleased with the work Antwon and Ed did on my Jeep. He diagnosed my issue (water pump) through a 5 second video and a few pics. He showed up on time and stuck with the job until it was complete. It did take several hours, but thats a testament to their dedication, not a lack of skill. Cars are not easy to work on. If they were we wouldnt be calling mechanics! Very grateful for them getting me and mine home safe.

Antwon and Ed both just fixed my starter on a 2008 honda element. Very knowledgeable and entertaining, they finished what all the local repair shops said would take 3 hours in 1.5 hour at a fraction of the price. Ill be encouraging all my business partners to only use them in the future. Do not waste your money with big time repair shops that have 2 years of experience. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL ... kept talking about how he needs to get paid and doesn’t want his time wasted. Ironically. Was very rude. Set a time to get car diagnosed and was over 2 hours late. Did not call, did not text. Just didn’t show up. When I contacted him “30 more mins”. Yea okay. Would not recommend to ANYONE. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Poor service and unprofessional. Promised work to be done in a hr and took over 5hrs. Over charged compared to mainstream shops. Simple installation job and Instill had to have someone else inspect his work when my car wouldnt start after he left. In fact he didnt even do the job. His partner did while he stood around. A thug with tools. I DO NOT recommend.

Antwon came in clutch I pulled into Napa to get my battery checked because my key fob wasnt responding properly but it turns out it was much worse than I thought I needed my Serpentine belt pulley and alternator replaced, Antwon happened to be servicing another vehicle at the time but thanks to his great expertise he could hear the problem.So happily I was able to get the parts needed and A ntwon started asap and repairs are being done.Really appreciate his Professionalism and eagerness to help def will be doing Business with him again.

Called this guy for a job, gave me a price. I told him ok, when are you available. All I heard was crickets. Did not respond or anything. Your loss. Could have told me he wasn’t interested.

I called, told Antwon the issues I was having with my car. He told me he would come look at the vehicle, which he said would be 100 to to look over and would call me by 4. He didnt ask for a number or name, which made me ask him did he see my number or something. He said, yes. I even gave him my name. I am not use to not giving a name or number. I waited for the 4 o clock call, nothing! I called him instead, left a message and to this day he has said nothing. He is no one to really brag about, especially, when you cannot keep your word as a business man.

Totally thankful for his service yesterday. This man has a heart of servitude. Our suv would not start late yesterday. We are not from Alabama so we had no idea who he was. He came out late in the day for me and my husband. And did everything he could to assist us. He was determined to fix our problem. However,we ended up having to get a new fuel pump(which no one can do in a parking lot). He stuck around even after we called a tow truck and even then was trying to assist us with that. Great guy! He came and replaced my alternator in my nissan maxima. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and was able to get a stripped bolt off that nobody else could. He was great and I will definitely be calling him again if my car needs work.

There was not a thorough diagnosis done of my vehicle. These guys told me things that were wrong with my vehicle that was not the issue at all. As far as I am concerned I wasted $100 on a diagnosis of the vehicle and I would not recommend them for anything on my vehicle.

Unable to work with me

GREAT Service, Honest and Fast!! I needed some brakes on my SUV and didnt have a lot of time to schedule a repair at one of the big box stores. I called Antwons and explained my situation. He diagnosed exactly what parts I needed to purchase. Once I had the parts -he immediately came to my work and installed new brake pads and rotors, while I was still able to work and not have to take time off to have it done. I highly recommend Antwons if you are needing auto repairs.

UPDATE: My car is still working great from Antwon fixed it about 7 months ago. I called him up again to replace my brakes. He did a great job and even showed me where I had a leak and where my axle was broken. My brakes aren’t squealing all over the place now! He was timely and professional! Very personable! I’ll definitely be utilizing his services again.Antwon and his partner, Ed, did a fantastic job! I had my alternator go bad. Antwon was professional. He was reasonable priced. He came actually a bit earlier than scheduled, which was a plus! He got my car up and running in no time. He was very knowledgeable about the cars. He didn’t have to guess at anything.
