Never had to rent a large truck before, but this was a very pleasant and positive experience... From making the reservations, picking up the truck, driving it, and turning it in. The truck I swear was brand new - it wasnt (had 22,000 miles on it)- it was super clean and in great condition. 6+ hour trip with full load waste smooth and an easy as could be. Curtorsy of everyone in the whole process was just outstanding.... Because of this experience, were intending to rent again next weekend.

Rented usa bad truck. Called me the morning of to delay pickup because they did t have the truck yet. Shortly into our trip across country the truck was obviously broken and wobbling beyond anything weve ever seen. We are stuck about an hour from home hoping for repairs. Truck is obviously broken at 45 miles per hour or above. Absolutely disappointed, should have gone with uhaul. Service is better.
